Summer family fun

A great get away with a fantastic view that doesn’t disappoint. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Even had a few hummingbirds come by to welcome us! Short drive to the free gondola for summer and winter fun!

Amazing Location!

We have stayed at so many Vrbo's over the last 20 years and I believe this was one of our favorites! The views were amazing, the location was perfect just being just 8 minutes from the slopes, and the home was very clean and well stocked...something you don't get in most Vrbo's! Thanks for the opportunity to be able to stay in such a beautiful home!

This place was great! The view was unreal. It was minutes from the ski lifts, great hikes, and downtown Breckinridge. It had everything we needed. Buff was super helpful and quick to respond. We loved it!

This was one of the best VRBO locations that we have stayed in. Absolutely comfortable and extremely well appointed with everything you would want. The management company was fabulous to deal with. they had everything you will need and more in the pantry. The views are gorgeous. All the amenities are just as described. We had a fabulous vacation at this VRBO and I highly recommend it.

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. Impeccably clean; well stocked; comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful and always available. Driveway snow was plowed twice. View is unmatched. We will be back!

Beautiful View!

Beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay but were not prepared for the adjustment to the high altitude! The home was spacious and comfortable. It is beginning to show wear and tear. The owner has put up signs notifying renters of things that are broken instead of repairing them. We loved the area and hope to return in the future!

Great House

We loved our stay at the house. It was very clean and well equipped, the beds were comfy and the views were stunning. It was great to read about the owners, and whilst we never mind stripping beds, etc. it was nice to not have to do that. The only downside was the road accessing the property is undergoing major utility work, so instead ot the expected few yards of gravel road (we'd messaged to check that access was a proper road before booking 2 weeks earlier) we had to navigate a less than 50% wide bumpy dirt track.

Best view ever!

My husband, 19 yr old daughter and I stayed at this property over the weekend. We absolutely loved it! It's very comfortable and the view of the mountain is breathtaking! We relaxed, cooked dinners (had everything we needed in the kitchen), watched March Madness, got in the hot tub (view of mountain from hot tub was amazing) and put a puzzle together. Convenient to everything. Loved having a garage to park in. There are 2 levels plus a basement level (only thing in basement is hot tub), so there are a lot of steps. Highly recommend!

Amazing home!

As an avid VRBO user— I can confidently say that this home is definitely one of our favorite stays ever. The views are unbeatable. The hottub was already on and running so we didn’t have to mess with any settings! There were plenty of kitchen appliances/glassware for our party of 4, and even my 19 month old baby. There was a “kid” section of the kitchen where there were kids plates/utensils/cups and for me that was super helpful. Kristi was super quick to respond to any questions we had. She was a great host! The beds were very comfortable! We did have our own vehicle so we did have to drive every time we went into town— but we didn’t mind at all. It’s only a few minutes from Main St/Peak 8 Gondola. It was definitely worth the views and quiet area. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The view, the view, THE VIEW

The view was second to none, and the hot tub overlooking that view was the perfect way to end the days. The peoperty is not on the ski side of Breck, but close enough if you dont mind the shuttle or looking for parking. It's actually quite perfect for a base of operations for a family vacation. One important thing to consider is the altitude. Sitting at over 9600ft, the air is thin and two in our party from out of state struggled with altitude sickness. This is real, please be prepared. Perhaps because of past experience or the party vibe of Breck, the management of the property was not very warm and fuzzy but instead cold and very business first. The grill was not in working order and the two bikes in the garage had completely flat tires but we didnt stay there for that, so no harm no foul. The view trumps all. We'd stay again.

Exceeds Description

I'm a regular visitor to Breckenridge and consider this a great find. The highlights of this place, of which there are many, are as follows: - The view. Sitting in the recliners upstairs or soaking in the hot tub, post ride, you will not get a better view of the mountain and feel more happy with your decision to book this place. - Easy to get in and out of, especially if you're in town for skiing/riding - Very roomy. Definitely enough room for 3 adult couples. - Immaculately clean - Well-appointed, roomy kitchen with lots of cooking supplies and appliances - The hot tub is big enough for at least 4 adults. It also has colored lights for night tubbing. And unlike many other properties in the area, you don't need to walk in a foot of snow to get to it. Half of the tub is under the deck which makes it easy to get into. - (x2) King Beds that are in good shape and comfy - Plenty of entertainment options if you plan to hang in the place rather than go out - Kristi is very accessible as a host and responded to our questions very quickly. Again, I've been coming to Breckenridge annually for about 10 years now and this has been my favorite rental. I've spent much more per night for places that were bigger, closer or architecturally fancier, but they didn't have the view or comfort of this place. Thanks again! We'll be back next year for sure!

Spring ski vacation

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house in Breckenridge. We could see the ski slopes from the living room window and review the runs we did each day. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals after a stop at the grocery store. It was only about 10 minutes and an easy drive into town and to the ski resort. Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely house and much appreciate the owners for sharing it!

Very easy check-in, amazing view of the mountains, great amenities (hot tub, 3 bathrooms, grill on the balcony), and good location next to Breckenridge. I would definitely try to book this rental again next time we're in the area.

with Covid, everything is just a little bit crappier, this ISN'T.

Our family of 4, had a marvelous time. Unit was perfect. One super minor issue was resolved in a flash and the communication was always excellent. A true professional. Not easy to maintain a perfect 5 star review, with so many reviewers, so my expectations came in high and were met, if not exceeded. Thank you.

Wonderful house

The house is very comfortable and the views of Breckenridge are hard to beat! It is only a 5 minute drive to the gondola lot. The kitchen has every amenity you would ever need. The wifi service is extremely fast and the hot tub is perfect at the end of a day on the slopes. You won’t be disappointed with you stay!!

Fantastic!

Our group of 3 adults and 2 children (ages 9 & 12) stayed here for 4 nights for a ski trip to Breckenridge. It was perfect! Great location, close to downtown and the slopes, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The private hot tub was fantastic, and the views of the mountains are unbeatable. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely stay here again!
