We Loved It

An amazing property! It’s secluded with a private patio/hot tub with view of resort through the trees. Spacious and modern. Beds were comfortable and master offered great views of resort. Large master shower was almost as nice as hot tub after a day on slopes. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

The house was perfect for our ski trip with friends. Super close to Breckenridge slopes. Beautiful kitchen with all the amenities you could think of. Property manager was extremely responsive. We reached out explaining that there was a bunch of snow on the hot tub and almost instantaneously the snow was removed! The stars were absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

great property and location

10 minute drive to town and slopes. Red fox hangs out by the deck every morning and evening. Got tub was great and garage keeps snow off the car. We had a great time, thank you!

Great location but needs TLC

It’s an old style cottage that desperately needs some TLC both inside and out. The location and the oceanfront view are wonderful. We loved the sun room and I spent much of my time there when not on beach. Perfect for a small family or couple.

Rude unprofessional heater not working so place freezing & hot tub wouldn’t work. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very unprofessional and rude when calling for assistance with things that are not working. Our rooms were freezing and we were not able to use the hot tub until the last night, would not recommend. When first arriving to the property everything appeared nice and clean, however it was very cold. The first thing we did was adjust the temperature to heat up the space. When we ready to go to sleep the living room was a bit still cool but not too bad. However the bed rooms were freezing. We called them immediately to inform them the heater was not working in the room. We were meet with extremely rude and unprofessional individuals that told us they will not be able to resolve this issue until the next morning, they would call us at 1am to drop off some space heaters. This meant we would be woken up in the middle of the night when we had activities we had to wake up for at 5:30am and we would have to sleep in a freezing rooms over night. The next morning we noticed they placed space heaters outside, at the front door and no one ever called us. On top of that we attempted to use the hot tub but it was freezing and never heated up. We called for assistance with the hot tub, the individual we spoke to laughed at us when we were expressing our concern about the things we were trying to use were not working. They stated no one will be able to come out because it’s Sunday and it will have to be fixed the next day. But we had to check out the next day. They did not care or come to help.

Post Xmas with Family

Location was fantastic! It’s quite a climb to get to the property but is awesome when you get there. The two resident fox were highlights every morning and evening. The hot tub was enjoyed every night and perfect ending to a day of skiing. It snowed everyday we were there, which made it even more enjoyable. House layout is great! We would definitely come back!

excellent stay until the propane that heats the place ran out on the second day.

the place and the management were excellent, but it is pretty basic to make sure you have propane enough to heat a mountain retreat .

Amazing Home

This house was simply stunning and waking up to the views of mountains from the bed in the primary suite 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. The town is a short drive away to stock up on anything you may need. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and the management team was quick to reply to any questions. Just keep in mind you're out in nature and therefore you'll see wildlife that can occasionally be curious, the foxes were beautiful to look but it kept us from using the outside facilities at night.

Great house with amazing views

This house was beautiful and the perfect mountain getaway! It is a bit high up in the mountains so be prepared for a little altitude sickness if you’re not used to the elevation. Overall, the house was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for!

Amazing House!

House was amazing! We enjoyed everything it had to offer - the kitchen, hot tub, sledding! We saw wildlife and the house is very close to town. We also loved the touch of the Oregon & Ohio pillows - part of our group was from each! Highly recommend! Thank you.

Definitely Off Piste

House in the clouds. The elevation is over 10,500 feet, which is above the town of Breck. Many experienced altitude sickness as we were not aware of how high the property was. While the property is beautiful with no real neighbours (house being built near by but we never saw builders, maybe too cold) the road to the house requires four wheel drive.

Great House

This property was great. Me and 4 friends spent almost a week here and enjoyed the privacy. A beautiful red fox met us every morning on the side porch. The coffee maker did not work properly but with a single phone call a new one was delivered to the front door. The loft area gets extremely hot and was not very comfortable to sleep.

Beautiful location

We had a great visit. The house is perfect! We did have a broken coffee maker that we called management about. It was never replaced in the 5 days we were there. We own a cabin in Broken Bow, OK and our manager would never have let a guest go 5 days without a coffee maker.

Great family getaway

The house and upgrades were great! We had a girls trip including my teenage daughter and her friends. There was good space and private areas for all of us to enjoy. An added bonus is the cool fox who visited each night.

Beautiful Mountain Cabin

We had a wonderful stay! This Cabin was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the hot tub and the coziness of the cabin. While there we experienced about 12-15 inches of snow and I couldn’t have imagined a better place to take in the snow and Mountain View’s! We will for sure be back!

Loved the house and the fact it had a pack n play we loved the property - some of the kitchen dishes, glass wear and cooking utensils need to be replaced but we were overall impressed by our stay

Great Stay

The house was just what we were looking for, a private mountain getaway but close enough to town to shop and eat out. We were pleasantly surprised that there were a couple of hiking trailheads within walking distance just up the road. We were there in early November and got several inches of snow over three days. Four-wheel drive is a must if you are staying in winter. Thanks for a nice vacation!

Magical time

We really had an amazing time at this property. It was clean and absolutely beautiful. Love the big windows and quiet surroundings. We welcomed a bit of snow during our stay which enhanced the magic and beauty of the property. The hot tub was fabulous and we just felt completely relaxed on arrival. The only annoyance we had was with the motion sensor light outside that went off many times at night as critters passed. It shines bright into the main level bedroom even with the blinds down. Just a small annoyance. Aside from that we were so pleased and I would highly recomend this property and would go back tomorrow!
