Very convenient location to town and bus! Did not get to use “ski in” due to lack of snow, but the ski locker is a bonus. Condo is well appointed, clean with plenty of room. A map of the property and area would be helpful. Mattresses might need to be replaced, would definitely stay here again.

The property met our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay there. You are right at the corner of the building and near a round-a-bout so there is some traffic noise, but it did not bother us. Location is excellent for walking to main street. Overall we were very happy!

Clean. Responsive. Good location right at end of 4 o’clock run and by 4 o’clock bus stop (about 200 feet away from both). Nice steam shower in the condo. Looks fairly recently remodeled. Fantastic place!

From beginning to end, the process was flawless. The condo had everything and more that was needed. The beds are comfortable and the living room was well equipped with comfortable furniture. The decor is new and the condo was spotless. Everything was whin walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo exceeded our expectations!! It was perfectly in the walking middle of Main Street the snowflake lift. The unit was well provisioned and the king mattress was possibly one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in! We look forward to our next stay!

Best place to stay in Breckenridge

Our family has stayed here twice now. This condo is amazing! I did my research prior to booking it, and we were so happy with our choice. It's in the perfect location. It's at the base of the mountain, not even half of a block away from where you can ski all the way down to. You can catch a shuttle bus to go up the hill a short way to the lift. Main Street is a quick 5 minute walk away. We didn't even rent a car. The condo itself is decorated beautifully. It's up to date, and very clean. It's the end unit, and is just the best. It has a really nice gas fireplace. There is a closet right outside the door to store your ski equipment in. I also noticed a pack and play and baby seat in the closet if you have little ones. Overall, this condo has it all, and is perfect!

Much needed anniversary getaway

The condo is very nice and well appointed. It is located very near downtown and we didn’t miss not having a car to drive because of that. The kitchen has anything you will need to prepare a meal and the living and dining areas offer spectacular views. We had 2 days of fall followed by winter with 20” of snow. We hope to go back soon!

Nice condo but a few issues

Very nicely decorated. Every possible amenity you would want. Unit has very close proximity to town which is fabulous. Do know the unit is directly on the corner of 4 O’Clock Road and a very roundabout. Unfortunately it makes it too noisy to enjoy sitting outside. I wish I had known this. In July, a prior renter mentioned the hair issue to the management company. On our arrival both showers were COMPLETELY clogged. The management company came and cleaned the master. We didn’t realize until company arrived the guest bedroom was just as bad. My husband was able to 1/2 way get it unclogged. The worst of the HAIR ISSUE WAS IN THE WASHER! If I could post a picture you would be shocked. HORRIBLE DOESN’T describe it!! We needed to wash clothes on arrival and again my husband started the clean up with the management company finishing. Discussed with SMP and felt we should be compensated since we rented for a month but never got a response. This would be an excellent winter rental.

Perfect location and Super Nice!

Check in instructions and parking was so easy! The condo was so clean and updated. Plenty of space for our family of 4 (kids ages: 9 & 6). The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking to downtown and the kids loved a quick walk to the river walk. We will be back!

This place was covered in hair, and I mean everywhere. On the pillows, sheets, towels, and other hard surfaces. This was way beyond a stray hair or two. The manager did refund our cleaning fee, but that was little consolation for the discomfort of being stuck here, and the extra money it took to stay elsewhere when we found a place. We also bought sheets and towels because they were so gross and the washer had hair and mold in it.

Summer mountain vacation

This property was absolutely gorgeous! It was spotless and updated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners were amazing and kept in contact about how our stay was going. They were extremely accommodating and even let us add an extra day to our stay last minute. We loved our stay and cannot wait to come back for future stays.

The location is everything, we had a comfortable stay but my only complaint was not enough towels for shower and jacuzzi uses. Also, the floors were dirty before we got there and that is just me being knit picky of course. Easy check in/out process. Property management were readily available.

Great location, clean

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location can't be beat if you plan to ski + enjoy the town. We requested early check in earlier in the week and the day off and were told "you'll be texted once the unit's available" ...got a text right at checkin time (to the minute). So moral of the story is if you need an early check in then probably not gonna happen. But outside of that everything was wonderful!

Amazing condo in the best location!

This condo was perfect! It is clean, updated, and in the best location to both the slopes and Main St. The shuttle is right outside if you don't feel like walking up the hill to the lift. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly like the pictures. The location was centrally located. Right across the storefront Main Street which has adorable locally owned shops and plenty of restaurants. The condo was also only a short free ride to several ski lifts. There were plenty of beds for 6. My only complaint is there wasn’t enough hot water for 3 or more to take showers closely together. You had to wait at least an hour for the water heater to heat water again. However the water was nice an hot once it did
