    Le River Mountain Lodge offre la commodité et le confort d'un condominium (avec des équipements hôteliers) au cœur du centre-ville historique de Breckenridge. Le lodge est situé en face de la fin de la course 4 O'Clock au coin de Park Ave. Et Ski Hill Road, et à deux pas du Riverwalk Centre et du nouveau Breckenridge Creative Arts District! Il suffit de faire du ski vers le bas, traversez la rue et vous êtes à la maison! À seulement un pâté de maisons de la rue principale de Breckenridge et à une courte navette pour la télécabine ou la base de Peak 9, The River Mountain Lodge est la combinaison parfaite de la sérénité de la montagne et de la commodité.

    River Mountain Lodge W318 est un confortable condo à deux niveaux avec une excellente proximité de tout ce que vous recherchez dans les vacances de ski Breckenridge. Tous les conforts de la maison sont ici, y compris une cuisine complète, deux salles de bain complètes, une télévision à écran LCD et une cheminée à gaz pour se loger après le ski. La table à manger a quatre places, et il y a une place pour trois au comptoir pour un petit-déjeuner rapide ou une collation après-ski. Vous apprécierez également la laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un parking souterrain (une voiture) avec ascenseur, un centre de remise en forme et une piscine extérieure chauffée et des bains à remous.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Do have stairs to the bedroom/bathroom area, but a bathroom on the main living level is available. Would recommend and would re-book again.

W321 was next to an area that seemed to be drying with fans but only audible in the entryway of the unit. One safety problem needs to be fixed: the only switch for the stairway light is at the top of the stairs.

The facility is undergoing some renovation and the room itself is somewhat dated, but that ends any negativity! The place was clean, the owners highly responsive, and everything worked as expected. The kitchen appliances are all updated which made making dinner a snap. The highlight is probably the location. You couldn't really get closer to downtown and everything is in easy walking distance. Check-in required a little communication but it was quickly worked out. The porch was great, accommodations on point, and everything exactly as depicted. We would happily stay again!

No Need For a Car, Close to Everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: River Mountain Lodge is close to Main St, the gondola, and everything in the town of Breckenridge. We also had a place to park, which is great, we did not have to drive very much, except when we drove to Frisco and Silverthorne. The Condo was two story with two bathrooms, this was perfect for us and our friend. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed, extra blankets, towels and pillows.

River Mountain Lodge

The River Mountain Lodge is a super convenient place to stay when skiing at Breckenridge. There are multiple shuttles that take you, in one stop, to the gondola and the 4 o'clock trail down the mountain dumps you out, literally, right across the street from the lodge. The ski/board check in the lodge lobby is really nice. The team is helpful and quick to retrieve your equipment. We found our set up to be very clean, quiet, and appointed to meet our needs. The 2 full baths were convenient and the king sized bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The walk to the Main Street is a block and all the shops and restaurants in Breckenridge are easily accessible from the lodge.

This has a fantastic location & could be lovely! The unit is in desperate need of repair. The cushions on the sofa & love seat are ripped, the 1980's are over. The pillows need to be thrown away, they are gross & the sofa need to be replaced. The window treatments have holes in them. The carpet is ripped. The wood furniture need to be touched up where it is scratched & damaged. It is truly time for an upgrade and refurbishment. The exterior door is wicking at the base. Definitely could be an awesome space, but it is bedraggled. It was cleanish. Such a lovely location. We did take pictures of the damage when we arrived.

Unit was well worn. Bathroom shower did not work; sofa was slashed in 2 places… A wet rag in the kitchen floor turned out to be an indicator of plumbing leaks that created mold under the sink and along the kitchen toe-molding. Before we even got moved in, we discovered an inch of water on the kitchen floor. The management initially told us we would have to wait 3-4 days for the leak to be solved and they refused to move us. Once they were made aware of the mold and that the unit was uninhabitable, they offered us another condo about 2 miles out of town. Because it was also a 3rd floor walk up, we declined. We drove back home, an hour away rather than stay.

arrive late, after hours and had smooth process of obtaining key for entry in condo. there was supposed to be a parking pass in the condo but it was not there so it was rather frustrating having to track down a parking pass to prevent any tickets or towing. fireplace on switch (gas logs) was not an instant fire, which i was concerned about gas building up, the fire would come on , then would just turn off. on a good note, the location was great, staff at complex was very friendly. condo i s average .
