Notre maison de ski Colorado Classic sera votre camp de base idĂ©al pour profiter de toutes ces choses et bien plus encore!

Cette maison a un emplacement imbattable à la périphérie de la ville avec des sentiers de randonnée littéralement par la porte arriÚre et la rue principale à seulement un mile et demi. C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer vos vacances au ski et pour vous retirer de la chaleur avec nos journées d'été à 75 degrés.

Notre maison de vacances privée est située à seulement un mile au sud du centre-ville de Breckenridge, à cinq minutes en voiture des pistes de ski. Nous aimons notre emplacement en ce sens que nous sommes plus proches que la plupart des maisons `` en ville '' et certainement plus proches de l'action que les maisons au large de Peak 7 ou Peak 8, qui vous obligent également à vous rendre sur les pistes. Nous pouvons entrer en ville en quelques minutes et stationner sur le terrain de la télécabine ou déposer les skieurs aux pics 9 et 10. Un accÚs facile!

We stayed at this property with a large family of 13. There was plenty of space for the younger adults to spread out on the lower level and they thoroughly enjoyed the pool table. The house itself is very cozy despite its larger size. We especially loved the dining area and cozy nook framed by large windows. We spent every morning here eating breakfast and discussing plans for the day ahead. The location can’t be beat! Just minutes from the town of Breckenridge. It was easy to be dropped off for skiing for the day and to run into town to visit. We all enjoyed the hot tub especially after a full day of skiing. The kitchen was stocked well with pots/pans detergent etc. We had a minor problem with the dishwasher which was repaired and at times the water pressure could be a bit weak. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Our four generation family loved our stay. There was plenty of room for us all to gather together, but also some quiet places to enjoy the scenery. We all loved the deck and enjoyed having s’mores every night. The pool table, hot tub, and corn hole game were a big hit with the kids and adults. Jodi was very easy to communicate with. We all had a great time and would love to come back.

this home is perfect for a large family or several families together. Warm, cozy and comfortable. A huge wrap around deck with lots of great furniture. High end gas grill and a wonderful hot tub. The main living area, dining and kitchen are beautiful with comfortable furniture and a great view. The host was great and responded to any questions immediately.. Highly recommend!

We had 10 guys who had all skied together for years. The place was big enough ti house all of us. Plenty of space to play cards, sit on deck by fire, relax and soak in the hot tub, cook meals, coffee in the nook in the mornimg. Just rights.

We had family come together from Denver, Montrose, Kansas City and Illinois and this home was the perfect setup for all of us! The views off the deck were breathtaking and the house offers plenty of room to spread out and have privacy while also coming together to eat and play games and watch basketball for March Madness. Jodi was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. We loved doing quick drop offs for skiers at Beaver Run so we never had to worry about parking. The hot tub was also a nice treat after a day of skiing. My favorite room was the sunroom that had a huge dinning table and a sitting area so I could feel like I was outside while taking care of my 8 month old twins. The basement was perfect for my nephews to have bunk beds and another tv area. This was a wonderful family vacation and we’ll definitely be back!

Jodi is a great host and was very communicative prior to checking in as well as responsive during the trip. Would definitely recommend staying in any of her properties.

This was truly a home that our family enjoyed during the first week of 2022. Beautiful property that truly “lives well”! Close enough to Breck Resort to shuttle our skiers with varying schedules. The kitchen was wonderful and had everything I needed to prep for our family as we enjoy gourmet meals after a day of skiing. We could spread out for those who wanted to play pool, watch a movie, do a puzzle, sit by the fire inside or on the deck and of course a great hot tub. Very clean and had plenty of towels etc 
 Jodi was awesome to work with, punctual and very responsible
 so we would definitely return.

Stayed five nights with family and friends from Michigan and Colorado. The home is beautiful, very well appointed and meets the description in every way. The cleanliness was excellent and the host was in contact throughout and very helpful. The location offers a great setting and views, and is only minutes from Breckenridge. A highlight was gathering on the deck around the gas fire pit after a day of touring. I definitely recommend this home.

We had an amazing time in Breckenridge this past week. The home was perfect for our large extended family. Lots of room to spread out but also plenty of space to gather as a group. We loved the deck area and the large dining room table accommodated our entire family. We enjoyed eating many of our meals at home and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils...plus some staples in the pantry!! Jodi was always very responsive and kept us up to date with lots of details! Would highly recommend this home for a family vacation!!

We truly enjoyed our stay this past week - this house accommodated our extended family really well. The location was ideal - close to town yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet as well as the trails and river nearby. The house was comfortable, clean, furnished well and had everything needed to cook and enjoy meals together. Also Jodi was extremely helpful and responsive - she answered questions before we arrived and was available for any questions during our stay. We would strongly recommend this home for a memorable stay in Breckenridge.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Breckenridge!!! The views are amazing! Just a reminder, especially if you are coming from the very humid midwest, be prepared for how dry the air is at those altitudes. The property Manager and owner were wonderful, very attentive to our needs while there and even helped us get the propane fire pit working! We seen a moose on our second day, while on a walk, just down the road from the house and seen a fox wondering around the property a few days into our stay. This place is Simply Amazing!!

Location was PERFECT!! We were minutes from downtown and all activities we had planned. The views were lovely! It was great to have so many windows in the sunroom. There was plenty of room for our family. In rooms and seating. The driveway is steep, so 4WD or AWD during the winter is definitely needed. Owner was very responsive and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family met to hike, see Breck and of course be together. The property was in a perfect location for great hikes, a very short distance to downtown Breckenridge, and as a result it was a great vacation.

Very nice property close to Breck that our group enjoyed during our recent long ski weekend. House is very well appointed and was very comfortable during our stay. Owner was very communicative and easy to deal with. There were some minor issues that we dealt with that cost this listing a full 5 stars. 1. The coffee maker didn't work properly and appeared like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. There were hard water stains on the plumbing fixtures that indicated the source of this problem. We ended up running several quarts of vinegar through the coffee machine to clear out the hard water deposits and get it functioning properly. Then it needed to be rinsed with more water. This was time consuming for our cook and is something we shouldn't have had to deal with. 2. The fireplace had a fan feature to help with airflow. Unfortunately, this fan was unbalanced/ in disrepair and made terrible sounds when we tried to use it the first time. We never used it. 3. There is a great wood shed (inside), with lots of wood for the fireplace. But you will not find one firestarter or match in the entire house. Is it too much to ask that these items be provided, or at least a starter set? We had to run into town to get both. 4. There was a nice propane fire table on the deck. The igniter unfortunately doesn't work. See comment above regarding matches/ torches being provided. 5. The charcoal/ Weber grill was a surprise twice. First, that it was charcoal and not propane and second, it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Just to get the bottom vents open so it would work properly, we had to hand chip solidified/ frozen ash that was 1-2 inches deep from the entire bottom of the grill, This took about an hour, outside - in the cold. Not something we should have had to deal with. Fortunately, we noticed this earlier in the day and had a bag of charcoal - but, like the previous issue, no matches for the fireplace or in the house at all. 6. The trashbags that were provided were both flimsy (tore easily) and not sufficient in quantity. We ended up purchasing more - as all waste - including recyclable bottles and cans - was required to be bagged and placed in the garage receptacles. If you enjoy a few adult beverages, you will be bagging your empties. We ate 2 meals a day at the house (breakfast, dinner) and ran out of trashbags quickly. My guess is that the management/ cleaning company and owner have a few things to optimize going forward.

My large extended family stayed here for a ski vacation and everyone felt right at home. The lodge has three levels and plenty of room to spread out including in the large game room downstairs with the bunk beds. There is everything you could need in the house ready to use. The location in relationship to Breckenridge is incredible. It's less than 5 minutes from peak 9 and the roads in the neighborhood were plowed right after the snow, making access every easy (still need 4WD, AWD, or chains in the snow though).

Beautiful large home that is well stocked with everything you will need. We had a wonderful time with lots of snow. We had 9 adults and 6 children and didn’t utilize all of the bedding. This is the 1st place that I didn’t wash towels all week, he has plenty! A couple of us had to work some and loved sitting at the table on our computers in the sunroom with the absolutely gorgeous views! This was our 1st time to visit this area and will definitely return.

Thanks so much...this home provided the perfect venue for our family to gather and celebrate. Breck is just breathtaking, loved the shops and restaurants....a couple of small issues with the house but none hampered our stay .....though the bonus room on the lower level is listed I thought with 3 sets of bunk beds while there was only two...we managed! The owner was very responsive, helpful and a delight throughout the entire process of planning and our actual stay. Although our visit was not for skiing, this home would be the perfect place for a week of skiing and winter fun..no doubt! We haven taken home some wonderful memories with us and for that we are so appreciative. thanks thanks thanks...I would recommend this property.
