Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting space filled with abundant natural light from numerous windows. The living room has a comfy sofa where you can melt in and enjoy a movie or game on our OLED 77" big screen TV with sound bar or game night at the living room table .The cozy bedroom features a comfortable plush queen-size Purple Restore, mattress, creating the perfect place to recharge after a day in the mountains. Our full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with a dedicated coffee bar and a variety of small appliances to make your stay easy and comfortable. Whether you're starting the morning with coffee and a neighborhood stroll or winding down after a day on the slopes, our Gingerbread house is designed for relaxation and rejuvenation.

One of the highlights of The Gingerbread house is its outdoor living space. Heavily treed lot and patio and yard offers a wonderful place to relax, complete with a BBQ grill and gas fire pit, perfect for enjoying cool Colorado evenings under the mountain sky. We're tucked toward the back of the resort, offering a peaceful and calm setting while still keeping you close to all the resort amenities.

TIGER RUN RESORT — “SUMMER CAMP FOR ADULTS”

We like to call Tiger Run “summer camp for adults” because there's always something to do. Guests can enjoy the resort's impressive 12,000-square-foot clubhouse, featuring a heated indoor swimming pool, two indoor hot tubs, fitness center, business center, updated locker rooms, and commercial laundry facilities. Kids and kids at heart, will love the large game room, complete with updated video games and modern pinball machines. Step outside and even more recreation awaits. Enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, basketball, sand volleyball, pickle-ball, and tennis, with the newly resurfaced pickle-ball and tennis courts just a short walk from our front door.

GATED & FAMILY-FRIENDLY RESORT

Tiger Run is a private gated resort with a strictly enforced 9.5 MPH speed limit throughout the property The slow-speed environment makes the resort especially enjoyable for families whose children want to ride their bikes or scooters around the resort. Parents can appreciate the controlled, low-speed setting while the kids enjoy exploring the beautiful resort grounds. It's one more reason families love spending time at Tiger Run.

SUMMER IN THE COLORADO ROCKIES

Our Gingerbread house makes a fantastic basecamp for exploring everything Summit County has to offer. Spend your days hiking and biking mountain trails, fishing, golfing, sailing or boating on Lake Dillon, or head into Breckenridge for shopping, dining, festivals, and entertainment. Best of all, these incredible Colorado experiences are just minutes away.

WINTER ADVENTURE AWAITS

Visiting during ski season? You'll be perfectly positioned to experience some of Colorado's best skiing and snowboarding. Tiger Run is located along the free shuttle route, providing convenient access to the surrounding area and putting world-class mountain resorts within easy reach, including Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain. Want to explore farther? Vail and Beaver Creek are approximately a 45-minute drive, depending on weather and traffic conditions. Prefer a quieter winter adventure? The Breckenridge Nordic Center is approximately 2 miles away, offering opportunities for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
