Designed as an inviting alpine retreat, the Studio Plus (STP) suite spans 408 square feet and comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests. The cozy open layout features a plush queen-size bed and an inviting living area centered around a warm gas fireplace, cable TV, and DVD player. Prepare light meals and morning coffee with ease in the convenient kitchenette, which comes outfitted with a small stove, sink, microwave, and coffee maker. Helpful Resort Information

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Home Week Check-In Day: Saturday.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Primary registering guest must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Parking Details: Self-parking is available at $25.00 USD per day. Valet parking and EV charging facilities are not available on-site.

• High Altitude Advisory: Located at 9,600 feet above sea level. Guests are encouraged to stay hydrated and take precautions regarding high elevation.

• Climate Control Notice: Accommodations are not equipped with air conditioning due to cooler mountain temperatures.

• Town License Tax (BOLT Fee): A $6.00 USD per night Town of Breckenridge Business & Occupational License Tax / Accommodations Fee is charged payable upon check-out.

• Complimentary Parking & Shuttle: Complimentary underground parking for 1 vehicle per studio. Complimentary local shuttle service is provided throughout Breckenridge.

• Construction Notice: Exterior painting scheduled from May 17 through June 20, 2027; guests may experience temporary construction noise and taped windows during work hours.

• Late Arrival & No-Show Policy: Guests arriving after midnight must notify the front desk in advance to prevent reservation cancellation.

• Early / Late Checkout Fees: Early checkout assesses a $100 fee. Late checkout fees are $125 (10:00 AM–3:00 PM) or full night stay rate after 3:00 PM (subject to availability).

House Rules / Policies

• 100% Smoke-Free Property: Non-smoking in guest units, balconies, and public spaces. Designated outdoor smoking areas available.

• Strictly No Pets: Pets are not permitted on property grounds. Officially documented service animals are welcome.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
