Michael, We are pleased to read that you and your son were happy with your stay. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy our hot tubs. We don't use chlorine in our tubs, as we use bromine. Our maintenance team tests 3 times a day to ensure that our chemicals are balanced. If you ever have an issue, please let us know and we would be happy to look into any issue. We have just started to receive our first snow falls of the year and with warmer weather during the day and freezing temps at night, we do have a lot of ice throughout Breckenridge. We do our best to continually salt and shovel, but if you ever find an area that could use some more, we are happy to take care of that for you. I will pass along your kind words to our staff and we hope that we are able to see you back soon!
