Exactly as advertised

This property has all the bells and whistles and plenty of room for all with amazing views of Mt. Washington. The home is well maintained and cleaned well! One suggestion would be to update the binder in the home as there was some conflicting information from what the online guest book sent by Bretton woods vacations provided. We wanted to make sure we were following the rules for departure so a quick call to Bretton woods vacations helped to clarify all questions. I would highly recommend the property!

Beautiful property!

Clean and spacious with incredible views. We stayed with two other families and never felt crowded. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Perfectly set up for a big group

We had the best time at this home! We traveled with extended family, and the house was set up absolutely perfectly for a mix of adults and kids. The view from the back deck is unparalleled. We can't wait to return!

Outstanding Experience

The property was exceptional - spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, designed and furnished with style, and a great mix of common areas and private space. The owner was attentive, pro-active, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. Stellar view of the presidential range from the back deck, which was grand and relaxing. Neighbors were quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Fifty years in the making celebration!

Our trip to Bretton Woods was to celebrate our family after being married 50 years. A long time desire to gather with our two sons and their families in one house to each enjoy what best was their passion. So much to do there and the house/condo was a dream! Great location with easy access to OMni resort, trails, mountai bikes, zip lining etc. Everything one could need was readily available in the rental house. Hosts were so accomodating!!! a winner for sure.

We have rented many times in the White Mountains, including Bretton Woods, and this was the nicest house we have ever stayed at. Perfect for our extended family!

Fantastic place to stay!

Our group has been renting homes in the White Mtns for many years. We are usually a group of 7 but this year we were a group of 9, so we needed a larger place. So we needed a larger home that could accommodate all of us. This home was fantastic! Everyone in our group agreed this was the best place we've ever rented. It was impeccably clean and tastefully appointed. The appliances are all new and modern. I was pleasantly surprised to find phone and watch chargers built into the nightstand in the master bedroom. The views of the Presidential Range are magnificent, and each afternoon we sat out on the deck after our hikes with a cocktail to enjoy the view. Rob & Vanessa are terrific hosts who communicated well with us from the moment we inquired about the rental. They provided clear and concise instructions for checking and out, and it couldn't have been easier. We will definitely rent here again in the future.

Amazing Views

We had an amazing weekend at this house. The owners were very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. The house itself is beautiful and well laid out. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The kids enjoyed watching the Cog Railway come down the mountain. Loved being close to the hotel with all of it's amenities. We're already planning when we can come back!

Wonderful home!

This property is beautiful inside and out. The view from the back porch is incredible, and the inside is recently renovated and beautifully done. The kitchen has top end appliances and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. I especially appreciated the policies that Vanessa and Rob put in place for COVID. You really can't go wrong by renting this house!

All around amazing!!

If we could give this house 50 stars we would. This house allowed our family to have one of the best vacations ever. Whether it be the spacious atmosphere of the home, the breathtaking views, or the many activities to do nearby, this house could offer it all. We would definitely book it again, as Vanessa and Rob were so responsive, gracious, and easy to work with. We look forward to returning again.

Beautiful house

Wonderful stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Vanessa was a huge help to our family and made for an incredible weekend. Well equipped and top of the line accommodations. Hard to beat the views. We will definitely be looking to come back again some day.

Incredible Experience

This is an excellent house, big spaces, new and warm furniture, in excellent conditions. It has a great view over Mt. Washington and very close to the MTW hotel. We arrived at night and the house was already warmed and ultra clear. Directions to get there and how to operate the house were really useful. While we stayed we have some inquiries that were solved asap by the owners. TV, WIFI, baths in perfect conditions. I would definitely repeat a stay in this place...

Incredible Views of Mt Washington

My family stayed here over Columbus Weekend and it was truly unbelievable! The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, very spacious and comfortable. We went for leaf peeping and the view was truly spectacular! This is a place you have to see to believe. Vanessa and Rob were a joy to work with. Very helpful and responded quickly with our needs/questions. We will definitely be back!

Best view in Bretton Woods

You cannot do better than the view from this unit, which has the same view as the back of the Mount Washington Hotel. It is stunning, and we had a wonderful time sitting on the porch, having made meals in one of the best equipped kitchens I have ever had at a rental property. To top it off, the unit has AC, and we were there in a heat wave, so it was very helpful. Great layout and plenty of room for everyone--our family is large, with 4 adult children and significant others, and no one felt like they were on top of each other. Rob and Vanessa could not have been more helpful, even leaving us a delicious welcome gift. Rent this unit--you will be glad you did!
