„The cottage was exactly as described by the host - relaxing, private, less than 6 miles to dining and shopping in Brevard. Lots of waterfalls and hiking trails nearby. We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities at the cottage - hot tub, movie screen, and mountain views from the deck. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there was a gas grill. The host thought of everything we needed to make us feel at home - plenty of towels, bath robes!, throws on the sofa, coffee pods and tea bags, TP ...

„My husband and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate our 21st anniversary. The cottage is located on a farm. The farm land is beautiful! We loved sitting on the porch of the cottage. The cottage itself is so pretty. The hosts Gina and Kevin thought of everything that you might could need. The small details are so important and they did great with this. It felt like a home away from home. We would recommend this Vrbo to anyone! We will definitely be back! “

„Though the cottage was slightly smaller than I had imagined, it turned out to be a perfect setup for our family of 4. The host Carol was lovely and we really appreciated being able to stay in such a clean, safe, and beautiful location that was walkable to the shopping downtown. We also really liked the screened in porch to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. The parking is tight for bigger vehicles, but I highly recommend this great spot. “

„For our purposes, this property was perfect. It was a 5-minute drive to Brevard Music Center, and about a 7-minute walk to downtown. It is well maintained, and definitely a cut above most rental properties. If it’s available, we’ll certainly rent this property on future trips to Brevard. “

„We had a wonderful week in Brevard. This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to all Brevard has to offer. There is so much to do in the area. We saw white squirrels the very first day!!“

„This was a week-end trip to Brevard for my wife's 50th high school graduation reunion (BHS graduate 1975). We were looking for something other than the cookie cutter hotels that have sprung up around Brevard over the last few years. This property fit the bill perfectly.
