« The place was very clean when we arrived and beds were made which was great! It was difficult sharing one bathroom with 6 people but luckily our kids only stayed two nights so after they left it wasn't a problem. The back yard and deck were great especially with the dog. We had deer in the yard almost every morning along with the bunnies! « We vacation at the Cape almost every year and had one of our best experiences staying at this home. Jenny was very responsive to any questions. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, time spent in the backyard was very pleasurable, convenient location. Happy to have stayed there and hope to be back next year!! »

« We had a wonderful time at Kate's home this past August. Even before we checked in, Kate was the best host, promptly answering all of my questions. When we arrived, the house was spotless. It was also amazingly equipped: well-maintained bikes, helmets, beach chairs, toys, board games, beach towels, etc. The location is amazing with 1 min bike ride to the rail trail and a 20 min walk to the nearest beach. We hope to return. »

"Une amĂ©lioration serait recommandĂ©e pour les dĂ©jeuners. La qualitĂ© du service variait selon la personne qui servait et pourrait ĂȘtre aussi supervisĂ©e. Les chambres Ă©taient impeccables et la gestion du nettoyage pourrait nĂ©cessitĂ© plus de surveillance. Il y avait plusieurs employĂ©s sur les planchers ce qui pouvait ĂȘtre un peu dĂ©rangeant et surprenant dans ce que l’on s’attend d’un B&B."
