„Just notice pillow cases didnt look fresh, a couple different hand strands on some.Taking bins out wasnt really necessary due to limited use of them so I felt bad for the environment plus doing that tasks felt like it shouldn't be a part of a process in the stay as thats a cleaners job. Key pick up and drop off is 30 minute walk from accommodation. This is extremely inconvenient when you have all your luggage and no car.
