« Super hotel, confort, grande chambre. Le coin cuisine est parfait, bbq à l'extérieur. Le déjeuner inclus est varié et bon. Seul point négatif: la piscine était fermé sans avoir eu ou lu l'information, c'était une des raisons de notre choix d'hôtel. »

« We had to ask for toilet paper as new rolls were not left upon our arrival. The breakfast was not very good. The USB chargers were broken in our room. We reported it to the front desk and no one came to address the issue. All of the staff was very nice though. For the price, I really cannot complain. It was a nice clean place to sleep which was the ultimate goal. »

« This stay was almost perfect. We loved the room and the area. But be aware of the $20 per night parking. I paid for breakfast and it was mediocre-definitely not worth $20-oatmeal, sausage links, eggs, bacon, And the rest was continental style. But we enjoyed our time in Charlotte. »

« Homewood Suites Charlotte Ballantyne staff is good, service is good. Rooms are clean. The main drawback I had during my stay was the noise: fridge, fan in the bathroom, air conditioning. Even by shutting down all, there was a vibration noise going through the walls. I have been able to sleep, but that was not a quiet room. »

The quality and condition of the room was very poor and a musty old smell lingered in all the hotel hallways and odor greeted us when we entered the room.
