This inviting 2,300-square-foot home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, connection, and convenience, it’s the ideal getaway for families, couples, or groups of friends.

Step inside to an open and airy main floor where you’ll find a welcoming living room with a gorgeous fire place (please note: fireplace not available for guest use due to insurance restrictions), a dining area with seating for ten, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy seating nook perfect for morning coffee or quiet conversation. Every detail has been considered to make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible.

All four bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, each offering plush bedding and a calm, restful atmosphere. You’ll find:

• 2 Queen bedrooms
• 1 Bedroom with 4 bunk beds

This floor also includes 2 full bathrooms, a dedicated office space for remote work (if you must!), and a laundry area with washer and dryer for added convenience.

When the weather’s nice, step outside and embrace the fresh Maine air. Gather around the outdoor fire pit, grill up dinner on the gas barbecue (propane provided), or unwind in the comfortable outdoor seating area as you take in the peaceful mountain surroundings.

Located just half a mile from Pleasant Mountain Ski Area, this home makes it easy to spend your days skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or enjoying the best of Maine’s four seasons. In warmer months, nearby lakes like Moose Pond and Highland Lake offer swimming, kayaking, and endless opportunities for outdoor fun.
