« There were quite a few issues with this property. We arrived in the evening and the host came out to meet us- wanted to take copies of any adult IDs and have us sign liability waivers. There were no lights on the pathway to the door and it was very dark and raining- the little path to that door is only wide enough for a roller bag to follow so quite narrow. « Unfortunately, upon entry into this unit, the very first thing that overwhelmed me was a very obnoxious smell of mildew and wetness. And lots of chemical sense from cleaners, and other things, I tried airing the unit out to no avail in the middle of the night finally discovered the source of all of the smells, and it ends up being damp red bags, full of water and molding inside each closet, so the unit clearly has an issue with humidity and mildew and or mold. « The condo was very clean and the beds comfortable. It would have been nice if coffee and tea were offered. All I could find in the kitchen were packets of artificial sweetener. »

« The huge negative is that the pool and gym which are advertised as a part of our reservation was actually false. We were turned away after multiple attempts. The customer service person first told us that our passes were at the front desk which was false and then changed the story to say they were not included. We paid a huge fee and feel we deserve a partial refund for this.Outside of that the stay was nice. Very open and comfortable rooms with plenty of parking and a beautiful view. Nice...

« We enjoyed our stay at Port Ludlow in this condo. The place itself is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The resort is lovely, too, with beautiful views and a restaurant close by for dining. We would definitely return! »

« The host was welcoming and proactive about providing us with check-in and check-out information ahead of time, which made the process a breeze. The stay was only for a night, but it was a beautiful home and was clean and tidy. This was for a work trip and was amazing value for money because everyone was able to have their own room and bed. The amenities, such as the washer/dryer and pool access were incredibly nice to have, as well. This was a wonderful place to stay and would gladly stay again...
