We did not end up using our booking because when it came to getting the instructions for checking in we could not access messages on Stayz (we tried troubleshooting as per instructions on the net, didn't work).We then tried contacting the property owner directly as we had saved their details via a screenshot:No reply to text messages.Kept hanging up on us and the receptionist at the hotel.When they finally replied to text messages we had booked our accommodation elsewhere as we had come to the conclusion we had been scammed.We had tried to contact Stayz and used the virtual assistant- it was useless - and would only advise us we had no booking. Hence, we came to the conclusion we had been scammed.We will never use Stayz again.
