„the accommodation needs a lot of attention. Whilst this is located centrally on the island and within walking distance to beach and pub the cleanliness of the accomodation was 4/10. For the amount of money you pay you would expect the place to be in a better condition, however, we find this with a lot of the houses on Stradbroke Island, the attention to detail is not there, big cobwebs everywhere, broken slates, missing remote controllers to air con units, sand everywhere.“

„Within a short easy walk to local supermarket & shopping centre. Being on a corner of two suburban roads there is some road noise & quite a few people leaving for work at 6am. Overall not too bad. Some people may like other properties that have a pool access but this had all that we needed including a dryer. It was very good to have everything on one level - many rentals are two story town houses. The lawn on the property is ore weeds than grass but overall very good.“
