★ Dog-Friendly ★

🐾 One well-behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement only. A dog supplement of £40 applies for stays of up to five nights. For longer stays, an additional £10 per night applies, capped at a maximum of £120 per booking.

We kindly ask that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedroom at any time.

Please note that dogs are not permitted on the private rooftop terrace under any circumstances.

Pets must be declared and approved before arrival. Any failure to disclose a pet in advance will result in the applicable pet fee being charged and may incur additional cleaning or damage fees.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

Early check-in: from 1:00 pm, available for a flat fee of £30.

Late check-out: up to 12:00 pm, available for a flat fee of £30.

Unauthorised early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.

★ Lost Property & Returns ★

If personal items are left at the property, we can arrange to return them upon request where possible.

A flat £10 return fee will apply to cover postage, packaging, and handling time. This fee must be paid before items are shipped.

For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply.

Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

★ Optional Extra Linens & Towels ★

Each booking includes a standard set of towels and bed linens based on the number of guests booked to keep pricing fair and competitive.

Extra items may be added before arrival or during your stay (subject to availability):

Extra towel set (for up to 2 guests): £10

Extra linen set (per bed): £15

We provide a small selection of starter supplies to help you settle in comfortably. Should you require additional items during your stay, guests are welcome to replenish these as needed once the initial supplies have been used.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.

★ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY ★

We offer a flexible cancellation policy consistent with industry-standard short-term rental practices.

Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in.

No refund if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, including no-shows or early departures.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Any non-recoverable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:

No smoking or vaping indoors

No parties or events

Pet (dog) must not be left unattended

Luggage Storage: Please note that we’re unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out due to liability and insurance considerations.
