As you make your way to Deer Friends Cabin, you'll enjoy an easy drive with all roads paved right up to our street, a short gravel road where we’re conveniently tucked away off the beaten path. Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that draw the beauty of the outdoors right into the cabin. The living room is all about comfort, with a soft, plush sofa adorned with extra pillows, perfect for snuggling up with a good book. Leather chairs with faux fur ottomans create a snug spot to wrap yourself in a warm throw, feeling the comforting glow of the fireplace nearby.

A large flat-screen TV promises cozy movie nights and family game-day gatherings, so everyone can share in the fun together. The open layout connects the living area with the fully equipped kitchen and dining space, making sure you’re always surrounded by loved ones and the beauty of the trees outside.

Guests will have full access to the private pool. Want it warm and cozy? The pool can be heated for $100/night (just let us know 24 hours in advance). THE NOT-SO-FINE-PRINT (Because We Don't Hide Anything!)

We want you to have an amazing stay, and we believe the best vacations start with clear expectations!

While we hope you feel like you've escaped into the wilderness and can truly unplug, there are a few behind-the-scenes details and house rules we'd love for you to know before booking. Nothing hidden, no surprises!

A Little Behind-the-Scenes Magic

Keeping our cabin beautiful and everything running smoothly takes a little help from our wonderful service teams! You may occasionally see someone stopping by during your stay.

Pool Maintenance: Our pool is professionally serviced TWICE a week, typically Tuesdays and Fridays during normal business hours. Schedules may shift due to holidays, weather, or unexpected circumstances.

Trash Collection: Our team stops by TWICE a week to empty the outdoor trash cans and keep the property tidy.

Propane Deliveries: Natural gas isn't available at our cabin, so we rely on propane for certain amenities. Our propane provider may occasionally stop by to refill the outdoor tank as needed.

What does this mean for you? These are routine outdoor service visits that help us keep everything in great shape. Our teams won't need to enter the cabin, and we do our best to minimize interruptions so you can focus on enjoying your getaway!

A Few Important House Rules

Maximum Occupancy: Our cabin accommodates up to 12 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping of any kind are not permitted.

No Parties or Fireworks: Parties and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Primary Guest: The person making the reservation must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations.

Safety & Security

For everyone's safety, we have two exterior security cameras:

One above the main entrance, facing the driveway.

One facing the rear cabin entrance.

Both cameras are motion-activated, operate 24/7, and record video and audio. There are no interior cameras.

Fireplaces, Fire Pits & Grills

Indoor Fireplace: Our fireplace is unavailable for use from April 1 through October 1.

Outdoor Fire Pit: We're surrounded by beautiful Oklahoma forests, which means occasional burn bans are part of life here! The Oklahoma Forestry Service and other authorities may restrict outdoor burning, and violations can result in fines exceeding $1,000. Please check current local burn restrictions before using the fire pit.

Gas Grill: Propane is provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that you clean the grill tray after each use to help prevent flare-ups.

Hot Tub & Outdoor Amenities

Your comfort and cleanliness are incredibly important to us! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and sanitized after every checkout so it's fresh and ready for our next guests.

A Little Wilderness Reality

One of the best parts of staying in Broken Bow is being surrounded by nature! With that comes the possibility of encountering wildlife, insects, and other woodland critters. While we do our best to maintain a safe and comfortable environment, these are natural parts of the area and beyond our control. Guests should exercise caution, supervise children and pets, and avoid approaching or feeding wildlife. We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from encounters with wildlife, insects, or other naturally occurring hazards, to the extent permitted by law.

Although our cabin is equipped with high-speed internet, occasional service interruptions can happen. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet service.

What We Provide

We want you to feel right at home! Our cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, fresh towels, and linens.

We also provide a starter supply of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, coffee, coffee filters, and salt and pepper.

Depending on the length of your stay and your group's needs, you may want to bring or purchase additional supplies.

One Last Thing!

Furniture and decor may occasionally change as we continue making improvements to the cabin.
