"Bett sehr sauber, ausreichend Handtücher, was wirklich toll ist. Zwei Kissen pro Gast. Zimmer allerdings staubig, Teppich nicht ordentlich gesaugt, Mobiliar abgewohnt. Personal sehr freundlich. Hotel ist insgesamt sehr abgewohnt, Bad zweckmäßig. Das Hotel liegt toll, perfekt um Stadt zu erkunden. Achtung: Gepäck vor Abreise dort zu lagern, kostet 5 Dollar pro Stück!!!! Das haben wir bei unzähligen internationalen Reisen noch nie erlebt! Absolute Abzocke!!! Das ist ein Grund, das Hotel nicht zu wählen."

"Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind in sehr guten Zustand. Selbst in der vollen Osterwoche war das Wasser stets warm und wir mussten nie lange auf den Aufzug warten. Die Lage ist für Erstbesucher ideal. Wenn einem Abends der Times Square zu voll ist, ist das Hotel auch gut "von hinten" über die Parallelstraße zu erreichen."

"Sehr zentral und Top Lage wenn man in Midtown was sucht! Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Ich war mit meinem Ausblick nicht zufrieden und hab unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Durfte auch vor der offiziellen Check In Zeit in das Zimmer. Alles etwas alt aber mich hat es absolut nicht gestört. Das Bad etwas klein. Ansonsten alles super !"
