The Space:

Welcome to Ted's at Broulee, a relaxed modern coastal townhouse perfectly positioned directly across the road from Broulee Beach. With the beach on your doorstep and Broulee's cafes, shops and Brewhouse within an easy flat walk, this is the kind of South Coast stay where you can park the car and settle straight into holiday mode.



Set over two levels, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with flexible bedding suited to families and groups.



Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area takes advantage of the coastal outlook. Step onto the front balcony and enjoy a morning coffee, casual meal or afternoon drink while taking in the beach views. Inside, you'll find a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and a selection of books, games, and puzzles for relaxed evenings at home.



The kitchen is well equipped for everything from easy breakfasts before the beach to family dinners, with the open-plan design making it easy for everyone to spend time together.



Also upstairs is the main bedroom with a queen bed and private ensuite. A second covered balcony provides another outdoor space to unwind and includes an outdoor setting and BBQ – ideal for relaxed summer meals after a day by the water.



Downstairs are two further bedrooms, including a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds plus two trundles for children. The main bathroom includes a bath and separate shower, and there is also a laundry with a washing machine.



The fully fenced backyard is a handy addition for guests travelling with children or pets, while secure garage parking is available onsite.

Head along Coronation Drive and you'll find the local Brewhouse, cafes and shops within an easy, flat walk. The area is ideal for guests who love walking for a coffee, something to eat, or an afternoon drink without getting back in the car.

For those wanting to explore further, Mossy Point, Tomakin, Mogo and Batemans Bay are all within easy driving distance.



Getting Around:

One of the best things about this location is how little you need the car once you arrive.

Simply cross the road for Broulee Beach or follow the flat walk along Coronation Drive to the Brewhouse, local cafes and shops. It's an easy area to explore on foot and particularly convenient for relaxed beach holidays.
