The Space:

Unwind at this charming two-story waterfront cottage tucked along a quiet, tree-lined lake in Brunswick, Georgia. Wake up to water views, sip coffee on the covered back porch, and spend evenings around the fire pit just steps from your private dock — this home is made for slowing down.



Inside, the open living and dining area features rich hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling, and comfortable coastal-cottage furnishings, with a large sectional sofa and smart TV for group hangouts. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything you need to cook a full meal or just make coffee before a day on the water.



The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests:



Primary Suite — king bed, en-suite bathroom, TV (downstairs)

Guest Bedroom 1 — queen bed (upstairs)

Guest Bedroom 2 — two twin beds, great for kids or friends traveling together (upstairs)



A shared full bathroom serves the guest bedrooms.



This home is ALL ABOUT LOCATION! It's located in the middle of everything - just 6 minute to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, SE Georgia Health System and College of Coastal Georgia. You can be on St. Simons in less than 20 minutes!

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



*Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.*



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!

Private entrance with electronic lock for easy check in.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet residential neighborhood situated right in the middle of town! You are 6 minutes from the College of Coastal Georgia, SE Georgia Health System and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. You are a quick 18 minute drive to St. Simons and 20 minutes to Jekyll Island beaches!



Other Things to Note:

For any stays 60 days or more, an additional cleaning fee of $150 added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
