Hôtel Domaine Buck, Alfonso

« The check-in process was so primitive. You have to fill out paperwork and they only accept cash deposit (no credit card). Who carries cash these days? The room has no towels until you request them, and when they arrived the towels were so bad. Dirty-looking towels with the edges falling apart. To me, this hotel should only cost US$35/night. »

« Beautiful Property, But Poorly Maintained The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it feels abandoned and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the hotel gives the impression that proper preventive maintenance and housekeeping standards are not being consistently followed. I booked two rooms for my family, and unfortunately, both rooms had mold issues and were not properly maintained. One of the rooms had a broken bathroom door, while both bathrooms...

« Good hotel but it’s far from the city proper. Every time we need to eat and shop we have to take a taxi which additional to our budget. The restaurant in the hotel closes early and at breakfast there’s not much choice. Otherwise, have a nice view of the horizon including the Taal volcano. »

« Emplacement avec magnifique vue sur le lac et le volcan. Surclassement suite présidentielle. Bon petit déjeuner. »

« The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. »

« I enjoyed my stay here greatly. I confidently say that there was nothing lacking with my time here, and it has one of the best views of Taal lake. The room, staff, food, and all amenities was exceptional. I’m so happy with choosing this location for my honeymoon. »

« Friendly and helpful staff »

« Extremely friendly staff and attentive staff, beautifully maintained premises, fantastic food & be beverage menu, comfortable bedding, gorgeous views, and infinity pool! If I would recommend adding outdoor soft speakers & some tiki torches. We loved the stay & will return! Thank you lovely STAFF! »

« The food was okay specially their beef tapa. »

« Place was great and convenient. »

« Enjoyed our brief overnight stay at hotel. Enjoyed the well maintained pool and appreciated the friendly helpful staff. »

« Excellent établissement. Personnel très accueillant »
