Always answered questions timely and we all recommend anyone who wants a great place to gather with friends to enjoy the water and their perfect backyard with the hot tub and fire pit. „This house was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of room for parking including the truck and boat trailer. The rooms are beautiful and the entire home is spacious. Having the private dock right in front of the house is so nice. The location is perfect, right next to the boatyard restaurant/bar and within walking distance from so many other places. „My husband and I took the week to visit multiple Earthworks sites across Ohio. Newark served as our "home base" and we LOVED this town! This property above the Arcade was an awesome location for being able to access local restaurants, coffee shops, book stores and so much more. It was a great set-up for 2 people to come back each day and rest, prep picnic lunches, and even do our laundry! Great stay!“

„Time warp to your own grandma’s house with this little gem. Thoughtful touches throughout including multiple charging stands, bedside table/stand for each person on each bed. Kurieg was nice - lots of condiments and spices. One bath isn’t my favorite but it was large enough. Overall this is a nice little house that’s not very walkable, and the road noise is largely drowned out by the window a/C units. Some shampoo/conditioner/bodywash were provided.
