Top Hotel, top Infrastruktur, sehr nettes Personal. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen. Einzige Rüge; kam gerade nach 2 Bussen an und musst 1.25 Std anstehen an Reception! Kein Schalter war offen für Individualgäste. Dies war ein schlechter Start. Aber während des Aufenthalts konnte die hohe Servicequalität mehrfach bewiesen werden. Hatte einfach Pech.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und ist prunkvoll ausgestattet. Eine Parkgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel rundet die Annehmlichkeiten ab. Der Check-in war enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war um 15:05h nicht fertig. Der Mitarbeiterin (Veronika) musste jede Information aus der Nase gezogen werden. Nach langem Hin und Her wurde zugesagt das Zimmer in einer Stunde fertig zu haben. Um 16:25h erhielten wir die Schlüsselkarte. Nur auf Rückfrage wurde uns schlussendlich ein Upgrade (welches nach Verfügbarkeit als Goldmitglied sowieso angeboten werden sollte) des Zimmers gegeben. Ich war erstaunt, dass ein Hotel solcher Kategorie sich so etwas erlaubt. Das overall Rating würde ich als gut bezeichnen. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und sind entsprechend ausgestattet. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Schönes Ambiente- Service ist verbesserungswürdig.
Hotel mit schönem Ambiente. schöner SPA- Bereich, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gute Stadtlage, liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Zimmerservice nicht optimal, die Kontrolle fehlt. Einmal war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Mit Reklamation nach 18h wurde die Reinigung vorgenommen. Staub befand sich an einigen Stellen immer.

z.T keine Gastorientierung!
Der Check-Inn war eine Katastrophe, eine halbe Stunde lang, Zugang Wellness und Lounge musste geradezu errungen werden, obwohl eindeutig in der Buchungsbestätigung, Vorkasse!?! Lounge enttäuschend im kleinen Durchgang zur Bar. Zimmer schön, aber zum geschlossenen Innenhof, Badbeleuchtung zu dunkel, Check out wieder sehr unpersönlich. Die Rezeption sollte sich von der Pagen und Door - Männern schulen lassen, die stets eine natürliche Freundlichkeit hatten, Frühstück und Bar ebenfalls sehr gut und freundlicher Service. Die Immobilie macht sich als klassisches Grandhotel alle Ehre. Nur, wenn die Rezeption gastorientiert geschult wird ist das Haus für uns eine Empfehlung.

Schönes, ehrwürdiges Hotel, ruhige Zimmer, zentral gelegen, grossartiges Bad! Einziges Ärgernis: Zimmerservice wiederholt vergessen, Toilettenpapier ausgegangen... und mehr - wir mussten 3x reklamieren... :-(

Ein super Hotel
Ein wünderschönes Hotel mitten in Budapest. Die Mitarbeiter beim Check-in waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Zimmer sehr elegant und klassisch, alles tip top sauber. Der Spa ebenfalls wunderschön gestaltet, allerdings war es ziemlich voll (samstag abend) und es gibt nur 10-15 Liegen, weshalb viele keinen Platz mehr bekommen haben. Das ist somit aber auch mein einziger Kritikpunkt. Der Frühstücksbuffet an Auswahl kaum zu übertreffen. Es werden frische Omlettes und Pancakes zubereitet. Für jeden etwas dabei Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen.

Das Grand Hotel wurde 2003 umgebaut und erfüllt höchste Standarts. Prunkvolle Einrichtung gepaart mit moderner Architektur, atmosphärischer, grosszügiger Spa-Bereich und äusserst hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Das wunderschöne Zimmer (Executive Suite) machten unseren Aufenthalt zum unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Das reichhaltige Frühstück kann drinnen oder im spektakulär-überdimensionalem Wintergarten genossen werden. Auch die Lage ist absolut Top. Wir waren schon in vielen 5 Sterne Hotels in Europa, aber das Corinthia Budapest gehört zu den Highlights.

Sehr zentral gelegen, tolle Restaurants im Hotel. Leider wirkte das Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht ganz fertig, die Betten waren nicht zusammen geschoben, obwohl Kingbett gebucht, seltsam war, das am nächsten Tag das Zimmer/ Bett ganz anders hergerichtet war🤔, keine Klobürste vorhanden, konnte aber schnell behoben werden, Zimmersafe war vom Gast zuvor noch blockiert aber auch das wurde schnell korrigiert. Leider muss man, um den Pool zu benutzen den vollen Spa- Preis bezahlen, das war sehr schade und etwas zu teuer um morgens ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Aber alles in allem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, nur die Putzdamen könnten eine zusätzliche Schulung brauchen
