Sehr gut in Innenstadt gelegen. Man konnte alles schnell per Fuß erreichen. Gute Parkmöglichkeit für großes Auto. Ruhig gelegen trotz Stadtmitte.

Zentrale Location, saubere ZImmer
Für einen Stop-Over (1 Nacht) haben wir uns für das Hilton Garden Inn Budapest City entschieden. Die zentrale Lage, unweit des Keleti Bahnhofs & 40min vom Flughafen entfernt war uA Grund für unsere Entscheidung. Der Check-in hat zwar recht lange gedauert (Buchung wurde nicht gefunden), dafür waren die Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Speziell das Bett war sehr gemütlich & die Bettwäsche ein Traum. Schade, dass wir am nächsten Tag gleich wieder los mussten. Gerne wieder! Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ein rundum Wohlfühl - Hotel
Der Service im Hotel war ausnehend freundlich, besonders die deutschsprachige Managerin und die immer lachende Frühstückstückservicekraft. Das Essen im Restaurant ausgezeichnet. Auch sonst haben wir nichts vermisst.

Trotz normaler Buchung erhielten wir ein Zimmer für RollstuhlfahrerInnen... das Badezimmer hatte somit keine Barrieren also auch keine Duschkabine oder Badewanne... keine Abstellfläche usw. Außerdem fehlten die Kleinigkeiten,die in einem 5* selbstverständlich sind wie Wattestäbchen etc. Darüberhinaus war das Personal beim Frühstück unfteundlich und überfordert. Es gab durchgehend kaum saubere Plätze und es fehlte an Bechern und Gläsern. Mehrere Gäste mussten nach 20 Min Warten dann Suppenschüsselchen für den Kaffee verwenden.

Das Hotel ist und perfekter Lage für einen Stadtetrip. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, lediglich das Bad hat uns nicht gefallen. Es gab kaum Ablagefläche, das Waschbecken war sehr tief und die Dusche war für unseren Geschmack schlimm - es gab keine Duschwanne und das Gefälle zum Abfluss war so gering, dass Duschvorleger und Bad komplett nass waren (Pfützen nicht Tropfen). Die behindertengerechten Vorrichtungen haben beim Duschen gestört. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber wirklich schön, geräumig und sehr gemütlich ausgestattet.

Hilton vom Feinsten und noch viel mehr
Wie bei einer Sehenswürdigkeit, wäre es schade, bei einer mehrtägigen Budapest-Reise ausgerechnet dieses Hotel auszulassen. Den Zweig von Hilton Garden Inn gibt es erst seit Juni, entsprechend modern und sauber sieht auch das Gebäude aus. Von außen, von innen - direkt der erste Pluspunkt. Das Einchecken mitten in der Nacht erfolgte genauso reibungslos wie man es sich zu einer menschlichen Zeit hätte im Traum vorstellen können (auch wenn die wenigsten zu einer solchen Zeit schlafen). Einzig und allein einen Hinweis hätte man mir bei der Anmeldung geben können: Die Aufzüge funktionieren nur in Kombination mit der Zimmerkarte. Da ich - wie man es sich folglich denkt - diesen Hinweis nicht gegeben bekommen habe, fand ich mich binnen weniger Sekunden in einem stockdunklen Aufzug, aus dem ich, wäre mir das System nicht bekannt gewesen, ohne Hilfe der Feuerwehr wohl eher nicht rausgekommen wäre. Für mich, als geborenen Ungar, kamen auch die Ansagen im Fahrstuhl dezent nervig rüber.. diese wurden wohl von ThyssenKrupp generiert und mehr als schlecht ins Ungarische übersetzt. À propos Schlafen zur menschlichen Zeit: Ich gehörte während meines Aufenthalts definitiv nicht zu dieser Personengruppe. Ein Pluspunkt, dass dies vom Service immer berücksichtigt wurde. Geführt von einem unglaublich charismatischen Serviceteam, bestehend aus Humor, Flirtkünsten und ehrlicher Gutherzigkeit ganz abseits vom Service-Gedanken, sorgte genau letzteres für eine Reise, die ich nie vergessen werde.

少し残念でした
2連泊の2日目の室内清掃をしていませんでした。 レストランでの夕食時、スープとメインを注文しましたが、スープが出てきません。スタッフに言うと、慌ててこれから作る様子でした。多分忘れていたと思われます。スタッフの対応が非常に緩慢に感じました。 レセプションスタッフに1人、不愛想な方がいました。 その他のスタッフは、非常に好感が持てる良い対応をしてくれました。 ヒルトンの名がついているホテルなので、敢えて減点をいたしました。

Within 5~10 minis can walk to the X’mas market which they already started 11/16.2023 Hop on hop off bus stop everywhere you can see station a very authentic Hungarian food resturant we spent a nice evening dinner walking 2 minis walking distence , friendly people here .surely when you out tours pic pocket etc., keep alert people around you , we enjoy stay in here for 2nights trip .

Dålig och dryg service vid checkin samt vid frågor om t.ex Budapest mest kända spa som ligger ca 700 meter från hotellet där 2 av dom i receptionen inte ens visste hur man gick dit och den 3e gav bara en adress. Rummets ac var nästintill död och det var kvavt och fuktigt hela vistelsen. Och frukosten var ingen höjdare, kändes inte fräch

We had reserved a studio but it was not available so the staff more than made up for it. The hotel is on a fairly quiet street but convenient to walk and take public transit to many attractions.

Overall good stay despite some (small) glitches, like toilet leakage in bathroom, minibar fridge not working, one day no clean shower towels. Would recommend anyway because of location, friendly staff, overal level of comfort rooms and lobby. Nice design

The area and location of the hotel was prefect and to easy access to all area of pest and Buda side. I recommended to others the only problem was the shower drain wasn’t prefect and the shower was getting flooded. Excellent customer service. Well done the staff
