Kleine aber ausreichende Unterkunft. Angenehme Lage ( max. 10 Gehminuten zum Stadtkern). TV waren keine Kanäle eingestellt und es fehlte eine Anleitung. Als Vormittags eine Sicherung für Licht, Klima, Elektroherd ausfiel brauchte es zwei Mails (eine Vormittag, eine am Abend nach der Rückkehr) bis das Problem behoben wurde. Danach alles okay.

The building is of very nice architecture in a good location. Fairly central, right beside the Budapest Parliament. We were sent instructions to self check in and if we had any questions staff were able to answer them by phone. Make sure you have cash ready to pay if you've requested a transfer from the airport. We didn't so were dropped off at reception which was a 10 minutes walk away from the apartment and had to walk there after. The room we had was a little small so better for shorter stays. We didn't bring shampoo so it would have been nice if there were some and more toilet paper but nice stay overall.

Beautiful apartment! Not sure for families with small children: The apartment is beautifully designed, just as shown in the photos. Beautiful!! The high and impressive ceiling in the living room cannot be ignored. The service and the response to all of our inquiries was usually very prompt, although we did not always get a solution to all the faults. However, there are issues that require treatment: There is mold on the wall under the air conditioner in the first bedroom. As a result (probably) the door frame is also loose. That requires immediate repair! In the kitchen - there were not enough dishes (for example, there were only 3 teaspoons and we were 4 people ..) missing a pan and other dishes. During our stay the electric cooker and oven did not work. We belive it is also worth adding a washer and dryer to better accommodate the apartment for families. In the bath - missing shelves for shampoos and hooks for hanging towels. The top pedestal didn't work. We were missing a welcome information page    including tha TV password page and general information about operating the appliances and floor heating in the apartment. The building does have an elevator (an excellent one!) But the site does not mention that there are about ten steps up to the elevator. This can be a limitation for families with a baby in a stroller. In addition, we requested in advance and several times during our stay a baby eating chair but we never received one ..

Find somewhere else.
We arrived at 8:30pm at night and could not check in. We were given two wrong codes for the door. When we called "the reception"(sounded more like a guy at home in bed) we were repeatedly told that we either were at the wrong door or not typing the code for the door in correctly. We did exactly as instructed. After 40 min of standing in front of the door trying, we had to bring our bags with us to the show we had booked for the night. We returned a few hours later and had, after numerous phone calls and messages, received a new code which this time worked. Over all a very very poor checkin experience. The room was nothing like the one shown on the photo of my booking. It is most definitely not an apartment but a 12m2 room with a bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. I think there are MANY other great places to stay in Budapest and can not recommend this place.
