First-floor apartment, no elevator. The home’s location allows you to reach enchanting beaches such as Cala di Budoni, Porto Aino, and the renowned Cala Brandinchi and La Cinta in just a few minutes. It is the ideal starting point for snorkeling, windsurfing, or taking boat trips to the island of Tavolara, as well as for enjoying hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding amidst the Mediterranean scrub.



The apartment opens onto the living area, which consists of a living room and kitchen in a single open space. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the living room features a dining table and TV. From this area, you can access the veranda, which has an outdoor table for enjoying summer lunches and dinners. Continuing through the house, you’ll find the sleeping area with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the house.
