Stay was great for the price. Comfy beds. Easy and quick check in, great if you have kids. Many families stayed here, I’m sure because it’s close to amusement parks. Close to many eats, walking and short driving distances. There is no microwave in the rooms but they do have a mini fridge. Also, they do not have complimentary breakfast but there’s plenty to eat near by and a diner in the same parking lot. They do offer complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons and we had a pleasant weekend stay.

The hotel was nice and clean but room needs new mattress and the carpet removed and replaced with different flooring. Also, newer linen and blanket would be nice.

The hotel was a safe and clean environment. The only thing that bugged me was that we were on the 3rd floor mind me it was 4 of us my kids aren't the type to act up at their age. Every time we would walk to the restroom or say if we were getting ready to head out the person below us was gone hitting the ceiling because they were bothered by us stepping on the floor. I did mention to the front desk and all they said was I apologize. I rather have spent a little more money were my kids and myself felt more comfortable now and days people be angry over the littlest things!!!

This is my second time staying here and you can’t beat the price. It’s very comfortable, quiet and close to a lot of attractions. It could be cleaner but it is what it is, at least there’s no bugs etc. 8/10 will stay again (;

The whole trip was overall very fun and the hotel was convenient for us as far as travel, recreational activities around and food options. The hotel was busy with accommodated guest who I thought were also getting the same beneficial treatment as I did. It was a pleasure staying here and will gladly stay in the future.

Very unpleasant experience. As I was checking out. Approximately 15 minutes behind check out schedule. Yet, I received three different knocks @door, from three different individuals. Assuming the last person was a manager of housekeeping. To be bombarded with people at the door every five minutes. When I come to this hotel, it’s out of pure convenience, cleanliness and price is competitive to my exclusive favorites, such as the Westin. This was on my listed as favorite for lower end price hotels. However, if this happens again, I certainly will not be back again. There certainly needs a better protocol for check out, Especially for those guest that have come there throughout the year periodically.

Pleased. I’ve come here throughout the years, erotically and the rooms and bathrooms are pleasant. Friendly staff. It’s also centrally located perfectly to LA, and my home in Nevada.
