Perfect Location
Property is very well located in the heart of Recoleta. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. If that is important to you then this is a good property. The apartment is old, which is a pity as with very small effort it can be modernized. The kitchen looked to be from the 1920s with more modern appliances. Communication with the property manager was not good during the check in process. They make you follow a weird process I had never experienced on these short rental platforms before. From the moment I booked they wanted me to pay outside the platform even though I had paid through VRBO, then they kept pushing me to pay for extras and finally to pay a security deposit outside the platform. All of this while telling me I was going to be met by their cleaning personnel at arrival at which point I could leave my bags. This never happened and I ended up waiting inside the lobby for over a hour with 3 kids who were exhausted from a 9 hour flight trying to communicate with them.All in, we had a great time in Buenos Aires, we knew from the pictures the apartment was not going to be the best, but we chose it for the convenience of the 3 bedrooms and the location.
