The Space:

In the month of JUly the POOL is not HEATED.



Brand new building in the most iconic area of Palermo Soho, surrounded by the best bars and restaurants of the city.



The building, know as DesignSoho, is located just a few steps away from the reknown bar 'Rey de Copas' and also from the Michelin reward winner restaurant 'Fogon Asado', ideal for meat and barbaque lovers.



There is security 24/7, gym, laundry, sauna and a semicovered heated swimming pool for our guests' comfortness.



Covered parking is available upon request but always subject to availability for USD 30 daily.



The apartment offers an amazing ambience with beautiful furnishing, a very comfortable bed and a sofa bed with a proper matress for a 3rd traveler.



The kitchen is fully equipped for those who choose to cook at home and there is fast and realiable WiFi connection available.



Air conditioner works for both heat and cold, guaranteeing comfort during your stay.



There is a small balcony with a nice city view, facing the interior of the building, far from the street noise.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Getting Around:

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.



Overall, MOT can help guests with all transportation needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.



Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
