„Lage super, Service schnell und gut, einziges Minus: die Balkontüren waren defekt, liessen sich im Wohnraum nicht abschliessen ( im 10 ten Stock nicht so schlimm) und im Schlafzimmer nicht öffnen. Sonst alles bestens.“

„Palermo ist ein super Stadtteil in Buenos Aires. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art. Restaurants und Bars auch. Es ist auch ein sehr lautes Viertel. Kopfsteinpflaster Straßen, Müllabfuhr um 23 Uhr, Restaurants und Kneipen haben bis 3 Uhr auf. Also kein Ort um mit offenen Fenster schlafen zu können. Ich muss aber dazu sagen: Buenos Aires ist einfach laut. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Viertel. Die Dachterrasse ist super. Die Wohnungen gut geschnitten. Aber sie ist auch schon gut benutzt ...

„The apartment is as described. The washing machine available in the building is free and easy to use. There are two buses stops on the next block that take you into the center of the city. It was very easy to use the train, subway and buses staying in this apartment. The balcony is excellent. The large refrigerator helps and there are many supermarkets within walking distance.“

„My husband and I had a great stay in this apartment after returning from a trip to Antarctica. We loved the location, close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but on a quite street so we were never bothered by noise. There was a beautiful swimming pool and small restaurant with in the gated complex. The apartment itself was well appointed and perfect for two people. Communication with Fernando was great. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.“

„First the good stuff. The location is great, lots of good bars and restaurants nearby and close to town. And, the proeprty manager was great to work with. The apartment is only OK. The pictures look great, but the reality is an apartment that is bit run down. The furnishings are low quality, the fittings are also low quality, and the apartment picks up quite a bit of noise from the street.
