« I had bugs in my room. Pretty scary and terrified night. Had a hard night sleeping as manager said that rooms were full and he couldn’t accommodate us. Next day property manager apologised and said they will give a call and find a solution but yet TANYA has not given a call and no action has been taken. »

« Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. I can't wait to return! »

« The room and the environment were clean. However, the bed throw had hair and other residues stuck in it. The throw definitely needs to be changed. It was worn thin. I removed it from the bed before going to sleep. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The staff was professional. »

« The staff at the property were polite & greeted us every time we arrived to the property. Breakfast was not the best I’ve eaten at a Hilton hotel. There were many selections available for full breakfast, Most items were overcooked. The room & linen was clean, the carpets throughout the property were badly stained. Hallway carpet on the 6th floor was lifted and very dirty. »
