« Everyone was on slow motion. Most of the food on the menu was unavailable and it took them forever to bring it. And the man and the bill was confusing. There is a nightclub close by and they played the musical musical all night very loud so you are a light sleeper. I would not recommend saying in this place. »

« I am really, really tired of hotels claiming that they have ‘free wifi’ (I stay in hotels >300 nights per year). This hotel had only intermittent electricity (so no power to the small fan in the room at night). In 48 hour stay perhaps 2 hours of connectivity. I encourage Hotels.com to add a third category “wifi MAY be available” »

« I really enjoyed the hippos grazing at night. The staff also built us a bonfire the first night we were there and we were able to eat around it. The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. They were very confused at first and did not know how to handle the situation. One man was very unfriendly. »

« For the money it is a good location. Not far from Paraa where it is 3-4 times more this hotel ot is a bargain. With little improvement could be a super deal. Even so it is a good deal. They have good restaurant with good fish or chicken and chips. Ladies serving and hotel ladies are providing good service. Management helped with check in and our needs in rooms. Some things in the rooms needs to be corrected but for the money I will stay anytime there again. This was my second time staying at the...

« Very great service! The gate was opened right away. We were brought to our room and our big suitcase was carried by the staff. Delicious breakfast was included and ready for us the next morning. All this by only one employee. »

« The staff was nice. We went on a Safari and we got to see lots of animals and we went on a dinner boat cruise and got to see hippos and and some other wildlife and that was a lot of fun. « I only stayed one night at this hotel, less than 10 hours in total. The room was reasonably clean and the facilities worked. Unfortunately the mosquito net did not fit around the whole of the bed. There wasn't a fan or air conditioning so the room was very warm during the night. »
