« Mitchell’s place is phenomenal, everything inside is well taken care of. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was great size. Space of this cottage was amazing. Features a big open kitchen. Both mini splits were great. Kept the place nice and cool during some of the hottest days of the summer. The parking super easy. HIGHLY recommend. Look forward to staying here again.L!! »

« House was fantastic for our family's lake trip to Bull Shoals. The boat dock was a short walk down from the house. If we come back, we might bring our UTV to make hauling food and coolers easier. The house had outdoor window shades to help with the late-day heat, which was great. I loved sitting on the screen in porch in the morning and the porch in the evening looking over the lake. The front door handle was not working and when I let the owner know someone came to fix it same day! The 6th...

« What a lovely property! Right on the river with a great firepit. The house is super clean and comfortable. Super views from the living room. The Master is roomy with an attached sitting room. It is located next to the boat ramp, but with a nice tree windbreak inbetween there is privacy and not noisy. Tommy is a super host with great communication! We will want to stay here again when we are back in Northern Arkansas! All in all a perfect stay! »
