  • Step back in time at this quaint 50's style mayberry cottage by the lake. Whether you'd like to enjoy the quiet view from the window seat in the master bedroom or fish by dock with friends and family, this cottage is sure to meet all your needs. Featured in this cozy 2B1B cottage is a secondary sitting that also doubles as a bedroom/desk area, a screened in porch, a huge backyard for kids to play, and a boathouse for your boat. Come enjoy everything this cottage by the lake has to offer.

    Please feel free to text me if you need anything; I am just minutes away.
    -Pets allowed with a 100$ non-refundable fee. (Dogs only)
    -No pets allowed on the beds/linens
    -All trash must be bagged.
    -Strip used beds for checkout.
    -White towels for indoor use only.
    -Do not put charcoal in gas grill!
    -Propane tank available upon request (not filled)
    -Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house
    -Clean kitchen before check out(11am)

The cottage is charming! The backyard runs right down to the lake. The boat dock was terrific, and during the time we were there, very little boat traffic. A very quiet spot on the lake.

This place was perfect!!!!!!!! It was everything we hoped for and more. The host thought of everything. The house, the view, the beds, the deck, the porch, the decor… perfect. We are already looking at our calendar trying to find out a time to come back.

We had an excellent stay. The property is a little older but the price reflects that and it is well maintained and cared for. Great communication from the host. Beautiful view and access to the lake right out the back door that can’t be beat, fishing off the dock and firepit nighttime vibes. Our puppy was in heaven as well - we would absolutely stay here again - 10/10!

Really enjoyed this peaceful setting on the lake. It was very serene and the cottage was clean and smelled of fall, perfect for this time of year. I really enjoyed my stay.

From the moment we drove up I was thrilled. Such an adorable home!! Very comfy indeed. Access to lake and boat dock was perfect for my grandsons. We all fished just didn’t catch which didn’t matter. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and drinking my coffee in the morning. One afternoon Mother Nature gave us quite the show with thunder and lightning. My son’s family loved the house as much as I did. They are talking about coming again.

A perfect little cottage for a weekend getaway for us. Was quiet, beautiful, and clean. Could not of asked for a better place to relax, fish, and swim right from the dock. Can’t wait to go again!

Our family really loved this place. It is very homey and inviting. The backyard leading right into the lake was amazing. Communication with the host was always prompt when we had questions. The dogs loved running around. We would definitely love to come back.
