A distant view of Drangarnir, one of the most interesting natural landmarks in the Faroe Islands! Drangarnir is the sea stacks in the middle. I took this photo in/near the village of BĂžur. Shortly after I visited another iconic landmark: MĂșlafossur Waterfall! I wish I had time to get a close-up view of Drangarnir, though. It is truly otherworldly! I took this photo on August 29th.

Shortly after I visited another iconic landmark: MĂșlafossur Waterfall! I wish I had time to get a close-up view of Drangarnir, though. It is truly otherworldly! I took this photo on August 29th.
The genus of the famous author William Heinesen comes from the village Bour, which currently has around 75 inhabitants. The village has had a settlement since the Viking era and you get a wonderful view to the rocky island Tindholmur with its 5 peaks. TrÚs bruyant sur une route trÚs passante. Les équipements n'étaient pas de qualité. La douche bouchée et quelle douche ! Mais la chambre double était grande confortable et bien situé.
