« This once beautiful hotel is in need of an overhaul & thankfully the reconstruction has begun. Meanwhile, the presentation is very average. Rooms were clean but had such a strong smell of cleaning productsâŠlike Pinesol. We had to open our window to breathe. Hesston needs a great restaurant, so hopefully the Renovation will happen. »

« The room was very dusty, stains on the curtains and grime on the walls and caked on nastiness on the light switches. There was not a comforter on the bed, just thin worn out blanket between 2 sheets. When i asked for a comforter or thicker blanket the lady at the front desk said the 2 sheets and blanket equals the thickness of a comforter. She refused to give me another blanket. »

« Breakfast was great and staff did great keeping items filled even with it being really busy. Check in lady was great and very sweet and great. Only big issue was literally had to let the shower run for 20 + minutes before the water started getting warm and the chlorine levels in the pool were crazy high that it was hard to breath.
