Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Eagle Rise is easily the best property we have stayed in around the Eagle Bay Area. We had three families staying together and the house had absolutely everything we could have wished for. The games room/garage was a huge hit as well as the pool. The house was well maintained and the kitchen facilities and equipment was great. We will be booking again!

They had loads of things to do and the kitchen/entertaining area is great for the adults. We will be back for sure!

Only some minor feedback, which is the studio gets very hot and the air-conditioning unit doesn't really support the bedroom and some general outdoor maintenance is required and hose reels put away as it felt a bit messy outside on arrival. Overall the house was beautiful and clean and we had a wonderful stay

Good segregation between rooms for quiet time and privacy and spacious areas with plenty of seating for spending time together. Easy access to Dunsborough and lovely location for morning walks. Would be great to have mirrors on the bedrooms to help with getting ready while sharing bathrooms.

Gorgeous house in Eagle Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had family members from the Netherlands over and took them to Eagle Bay for a relaxing 'Down South" experience. The house is wonderful with several private areas to allow families to be together but enjoy privacy at the same time. You can go for a swim, play air-Hockey, Pool/snooker, table tennis, darts or just sit and enjoy the beautiful bush setting with a glass or two and watch the kangaroos that arrive at dusk. The location is great for wineries, shopping in Dunsborough or spending time at the beach. The house has all the appliances and conveniences to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend this accommodation and hope I can return soon.

Luxury stay in fantastic location

Reviewer Comments: We stayed as a multi generational family of 7 adults and 2 young children. We hired the house and separate studio and the accommodation was amazing, it was very high spec and it felt like it was brand new. Everything we needed was included. The location was great, very private, surrounded by beautiful bushland and no other houses in sight. The pool was great but not heated so a quick dip every morning was all we managed. We thoroughly enjoyed the games room but this area was the only area that seemed not to be looked after as well. Only small things but the basketball and netball looked years old and there was only 1 dart with the dartboard. Only small things but a bit disappointing.My only real criticism was a dangerous pile of rusting metal next to the garage that had metal nails and spikes sticking out of it, which was very dangerous with small children running around. I would like to hope it was only temporary but considering our booking clearly stated we had children coming I wasn't happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The fact that it had no chemicals was a major bonus, and it truly enhanced our relaxation experience. The peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the pool area made it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.Overall, our stay was idyllic and peaceful, and we left feeling rejuvenated.
