We often walked into town for coffee, lobster rolls, and to go the beach. We loved staying here and it has everything one could want in a vacation home. »

« What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....

It could have deserved 5/5 rating, however it have a few cons such as no reserved parking (need to park in the street), no living/family room to chill out, relax and watch TV and finally while the appartement where very clean overall, there's two old couch/chair in the hallway than smell very bad and needs to be deeply cleaned. »

« Great location to visit Bearskin Neck. Lovely neighborhood on a cul de sac, so no traffic.The home was spacious. Big kitchen, a separate dining room, tv room that comfortably sits 8 or play games with the family. Entire home was well kept. Beautiful pool, clean and seating outside for 8-10. »

« House is quite old and charming - built in 1815. It's been updated with modern kitchen amenities and is very comfortably furnished. Neighborhood is quiet, although within the house you can here some from the other apartments - tho' that should be expected if you want the charm of a historic house. Cesar was an attentive, but entirely non-intrusive host, responded very quickly to questions and resolved the one minor issue i encountered within minutes. »
