„We had a one-night stay here at the end of our trip, and were welcomed by the kindest, most helpful staff, and a clean, comfortable room! The neighbourhood might not look like much, but is actually close to Puno’s two main squares, with great bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.“

„Turned up at the hotel and the doors were padlocked.
Called them on the number pinned to the door and they said they would be there in 1 hour. I returned in 1 hour and no one showed up.
Hotel.com were useless and have refused to refund me as they say I cancelled and the hotel needs to approve the refund in this instance.“
