„Our room smelled musty and the window was kind a broken, so you heard everything from the street outside. The breakfast buffet was ridiculous, as the hot dishes were cold and the buffet was not replenished at any time. The only thing which was good were the freshly made eggs.“
„We had a good stay overall. The place was nice. However, we were disappointed by the security deposit, as this additional fee was not clearly disclosed on the site. We only found out about it afterward when we check-in, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially since we were traveling cashless and relying only on cards and online payments. It would be better if the security deposit (in cash) were clearly stated in the listing beforehand so guests can be properly informed and prepared.“

The staff were fantastic—always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The upgrades to the hotel are great, the parking is excellent, and the location is very convenient.
Everything during my stay was good, and I’ll definitely continue staying here whenever I’m in Sorsogon City. Fully recommended.
