Mango Villa is fully equipped with everything needed for a carefree stay, including free Wi-Fi, Netflix, a dedicated workspace, a fully stocked kitchen, tea and coffee facilities, laundry amenities, and comfortable living spaces designed for both relaxation and connection.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa, private pool, landscaped grounds, and driveway parking. Please note that the garage is locked and reserved for owner storage. As local hosts based in Cairns, we`re available whenever needed while ensuring you can enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay.

Clifton Beach is one of Cairns` most peaceful coastal suburbs, loved for its palm-lined beachfront, swimming enclosure, shaded playgrounds, and relaxed atmosphere. From the villa, you can stroll along the beach to nearby Palm Cove, renowned for its restaurants, cafés, spa experiences, and vibrant esplanade, while enjoying a quieter base away from the crowds.

Perfectly positioned between Cairns and Port Douglas, Mango Villa provides easy access to some of Tropical North Queensland`s most iconic attractions, including the Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest, Kuranda, and the region`s spectacular waterfalls and swimming holes. Cairns Airport and Cairns CBD are approximately 20 minutes away, while Port Douglas can be reached in around 45 minutes by car, making Mango Villa the ideal base for exploring everything the region has to offer.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
