Schönes Resort, direkt am Strand. Ideal zum Ausruh
Hotel liegt im Palm Crove direkt am Strand. Wir könnten schön spazieren am Strand oder an dem Hotels und Restaurants in der Nähe. Ideal zum Ausruhen. Schöne Restaurants, allerdings etwas teuer wie es allgemein für Australien bekannt ist. Der Strand ist idylisch, leider ist die Gefahr wegen der Quallen groß und man kann nur am bestimmten abgesperrten Gebieten direkt im Meer baden. Aber, das haben die locals, unserer Meinung nach, sehr gut gelöst. Ansonsten ist Palm Cove und das Hotel ideal Startpunkt für die diverse Excursionen in die REgion, sowohl richtung Norden (Palm Tree, Cabe Tribulation) wie auch Richtung Süden (Cairns, Ruanda...).

Staying at the Mantra Amphora was a pleasurable experience. The pool, courtyard, and grounds were beautiful and well groomed. The apartments were very comfortable and spacious. We even enjoyed the channels we viewed on TV. We appreciated the restaurants that were in walking distance. The complex provided a safe and covered area for our vehicle. We liked having a large refrigerator and kitchen components. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. The only negative was that the dryer took a long time to dry our clothes.

It is very regrettable that you have not come across any of our previous responses to similar comments about the properties lack of lifts or concierge services at the time of booking your accommodation. All facilities and services are detailed on all marketing and website literature for the Amphora complex and readily available to all our guests prior to booking. Again, it is very regrettable that you seemingly have not come across this information and only assumed that access would not be a problem. We sincerely encourage all guests to review individual complexes and make sure they are suitable for their travelling needs. This will prevent any surprises at the destination and guarantee a great start into the well-earned holidays. Whilst the Body Corporate has investigated the options on lifts, it is disappointing to know that even with all the modern technology there are no feasible options to install those now. Mantra Amphora will remain stair access only.I hope we will be welcoming you back to Mantra Amphora in the near future.Sincerely,Chris & Team

Simple updates
The staff & the rooms are very well presented. I find having to pay for slow to medium wifi disappointing, especially when already paying a significant amount for the accomodation. The pool is nice but there is no shade for people while in the pool, especially for children. I raised this very same topic over 8 years ago & yet nothing has been done.

Spacious and quiet in a perfect location
Fabulous place to stay! Our dual key room had everything that we needed for a restful family holiday for 6 nights in total. It was quiet and the rooms were spacious. Having the dual key rooms was perfect when travelling with my adult daughter.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment and loved our stay here. Our room looked out to the pool and had a very comfy lounge and large balcony to enjoy. The reception team were always very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The Mantra Amphora was reasonable. It is in a great position and clean. The first room we were shown into was above the garbages and was noisy all afternoon, night n early morning. The fridge also did ot work. We moved to another room which was on ground level and much more suitable. I doubt we will return there as there are many choices on where to stay in Palm Cove. Didnt like being right next to the restaurant.Too noisy and they had the leaf blower going right outside our room around 7am most mornings.
