„I loved this basement suite! The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center. Very short walk to buses, and only 10 min drive to downtown Calgary! The unit is newly remodeled. I enjoyed watching movies on the projector. The bed was very comfortable.
