A beautiful captains Studio cottage, of granite stone built, 1820 ideal for 2 adults and 2 small teenagers.
As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. A coastal retreat ideal for remote work.
This self contained Studio flat, has free parking, free street parking, a private entrance, kitchenette, wood stove log burner (free wood is provided), beautiful original flagstone flooring, exposed ceiling beams and a stunning walk in shower.
The entrance to this Studio Flat is on the corner of the house, through the gate down 1 step, it is a private door only you have access to via a code entry lock system sent to you at 3.00 pm on check in day.
It is a small space, most suited for a couple and two children under 14, as it is not a large area, approximately 17.5 square meters, however I have on several occasions had 4 adults happily sleep in here but I would NOT recommend that. You also have access to the front garden for your dog or kids, there is a table and chairs for your exclusive use.

The studio room's sleeping arrangement has a comfy double bed, and a double sofa bed.
The kitchenette area has hot and cold filtered water, a sink, a small air fryer/desktop oven with a two ringed hob, Microwave, and a fridge freezer.
All cooking and cleaning facilities are provided.
There is a Jack and Jill door in the hallway locked from both sides, which on request allow for an optional 1 extra bedrooms. Currently not available.
The bathroom access is from a private small hallway and is separate to the main room, and for your private use only.
THE GENERAL AREA OF CAMBORNE
Camborne is situated in a central location and giving us the advantage of easy access to many great locations, for example, St Ives, Penzance, Truro, and St Michael's Mount are approx 25 min away, the stunning beaches of Portreath and Gwithian Bay are 12-17 min by car. The Eden Project, amazing Porthcurno Beach, Minack Theatre and Lands End are around 45 min away. The beautiful Tehidy Woods is only a 10 min drive away.
The general area around the house has free parking, you can also park round the back of the house on the long drive. The back Garden is currently private only, however you do have access to use the front garden for pets and kids , this is a shared area. There may be other guests you meet as other parts of the house may be listed on Airbnb.
Access to the studio apartment is from the front of house.

On the high street there are many great shops, like Costa Coffee, WHSmiths, Aldi, Weatherspoons and local pubs, with various Chinese, Indian, Kebab, Pizza, and Fried Chicken takeaways, with several types of different restaurants. Also you can grab a great Cornish pasty from ROWES ,and PHILPS.
Camborne Town centre has a main bus depot reaching far and wide across Cornwall, it's a 8 min walk from us, also Camborne train station is 2 min walk away with direct access from London Paddington to Penzance, We are in a fantastic location for public transport, also the infamous A30 is a great road for reaching many locations and that's a few minutes drive away.
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned between guest, it is worth noting due to the age of the property and the natural materials, marks and elements may appear, also the occasional spider cobweb or bug manages to find its way in due to the free logs provided for the log burner, it's only fair to mention it, a bug spray or spider catcher may be provided!
