It was small but well laid out, with everything we needed for a great weekend. The best part was Rachel's communication. The check-in was effortless. She was incredibly responsive to questions and very helpful in her responses. She sets an extremely high bar for future rentals like this.“

Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. „Nice and picturesque flat in Savin Hill (South Boston). Kitchen well equipped. Just 5 minutes from the metro station (red line), 15 minutes by metro to downtown. Nice area with a supermarket and a pub.“

„We truly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Massachusetts Retreat. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and the space and layout easily accommodated four friends on a week-long vacation. There are so many cute towns within easy proximity to the location. Parking was easy and very convenient just a few steps from the back door. „The location, the hosts and all the little extras were top notch! It was so welcoming to be greeted with a bottle of wine and other little culinary treats — they even had a darker make-up towel( now that is really going above & beyond). The only caveat would be the bathroom and bedroom are on different levels- it was fine for us , but if you were to have mobility issues it might be challenging I couldn’t be any more effusive about how perfect this stay was. Two thumbs way up!“

„This place was great for our out-of-town guests with five bedrooms (though one was a twin with a trundle) and 2.5 bathrooms. The best part was the comfortable living/dining room, which was perfect for hanging out. It was also a convenient walk to the T. We appreciated the clear communication and how clean it was. Be aware that the company that owns this place will ask for lots of information outside of the VRBO platform (including a credit card and your ID). This made me a bit uncomfortable, ...

„Great place for a family, we had our 18yr niece with us so having a separate bedroom for her was a great find. Marblehead was an ideal location for getting around. Easy drives getting to Boston, Salem, Concord, Gloucester and the beaches packed in a lot in seven days“

„Our family came together to see our Grandson at Wentworth. I loved that the way the house is set up we were able to gather centrally to eat, laugh and lounge. If you're not familiar with Boston drivers, the street parking may be a concern but Uber was quite beneficial!“

„I selected Gary’s property primarily because of the proximity of the Boston Convention center (We were able to walk there in about 15 minutes!), but the access to everything in downtown Boston was also fantastic. We were able to catch an Uber to anywhere we wanted to go in no more than 30 minutes. One small side note, there are 5 wall hanging artworks within the home that feature nude women; those with children or otherwise sensitive may wish to know.“

„Shawn hat uns Wasser, Softdrinks, Saft, Milch, Obst, Kaffee, Tee und diverse Flakes zum Frühstück zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation auch bei Fragen hat per E-Mail, SMS oder Whatsapp prima geklappt. Die Anbindung nach Downtown Boston war mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut.
