« Very conveniently located across from Old town pizza and next to the brewery. Down town is easily walkable and accessible. Was exactly as described, house is very cute and well decorated. Plenty of room to socialize and be comfortable. The AC system is a big upside as summer comes around. Overall was a good deal and had a great time. »

« Property is listed as a 3 bedroom 2 bath however one bedroom was not usable due to the air conditioning not working in that room and it was too hot for anyone to stay there. Another issue we had was that the bathroom shower flooded after use and overflowed into the dining room covering the entire floor in about half inch of water. « There was no place to empty our trash. I was accused of throwing a party, which was not true. I was yelled at and cursed out by the owner. I was called all types of names. We cleaned up and left the property as it was when we entered. Very uncomfortable experience »

« We recently spent 17 days at Back of the Moon Cottage while I was recovering from major back surgery. We live over 3 hours from Marshall Hospital where my surgery was performed so I couldn't return home right away. The Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay. It was very clean and very quiet. Kim and Seth were amazing and always available for anything we needed. It was a wonderful experience staying there. »

« It takes forever to get the host to give you an answer to a question or concern you have, to the point you no longer need an answer from them anymore. There is no phone to call, so you are at their mercy if you need something from them. They may write "I'll get back to you", and then you wait hours with no response.The checkout is 10am (which is an hour earlier than most places). « Spacious home that is easy to move about with a large open kitchen and living area. The home and yards were spotless. The host allowed for early check in which helped since we were coming from different areas. We would definitely recommend this house! »

« It is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. My biggest problem was figuring out the “latest tech” features; the host was prompt in helping me with the thermostat, and I had enough brains for the other stuff. »
