When I checked in I received good service. However once in my room I saw hair all over the floor and the toilet paper roll was practically empty. Even one hair in a bathroom is not acceptable and to have several on the floor is just a lack of detail.

Overall, it’s a nice place, depending on your needs. The hotel is great. My room was very clean, amenities were all functional & very well maintained. It’s a big hotel with a lot of entertainment: the casino, bars, restaurants; arcade and in the room you hear nothing of all that noise (my room was on the second floor so I’m confident you hear nothing at every levels). Hotel seems pretty safe, there’s a lot of staff always walking around and the parking lot is very well lighted. Customers & locals are nice, everybody seems to be there to enjoy the casino and just have a good evening. - My one little flaw was the check-in. Initially I was upset as I had to wait for at least 15-20 minutes, but it might not be recurrent. That being said, I came down later and there was still a very long line. The issue was: when I was checking-in, there was only one woman at the counter. She seemed overwhelmed sadly for her. Later, they were 2 agents, but it was still slow. Their check-in process just seems to be a little long and their system not effective as it takes a few minutes for every customer even with a reservation. Nothing against them, but it looks like they could simplify their computer system and maybe have at least two agents at the beginning of the check-in time. Beside that little issue, nothing negative to mention. It a really nice stay and rooms are amazing!

This was probably the best hotel and casino we have stayed at. No need to go to Las Vegas in the future. This casino was non smoking, great restaurants and the slot machines were fun. The staff was awesome.

The room was nice minus the weird smell. Hotel was nice. The food was terrible at the restaurant ( Storytellers) and EXTREMELY overpriced! The buffet had better food and the buffet was not great.

Enjoyed our stay. Many nearby things to do. Many choices for dining in hotel; whether it was breakfast lunch or dinner and all were very good. Convenient, complimentary soft drink and coffee bar in casino. Hot water took a long time to get hot. Sink stopper did work properly. The maid did not notice that we removed the "do not disturb" sign on door (did not double check) therefore our room was not resupplied.

I always stayed at this place, but I was disappointed when I went to the hot tub wasn't working, water was cold. Coffee maker wasn't working. I was about to shower from getting disappointed about hot tub water upstairs never get hotter either. It was just a little bit of kinda lukewarm. So ended up not taking shower. I am the person who doesn't want to bother employees specially at night. I guess it was my fault not complaining. Food for breakfast at the buffet was okay not to crazy about it. As long as I had my coffee. I will stay here again. This place been my favorite place. But sometimes things happened. Sad part is that my favorite restaurant storyteller is not open every Monday.

Disappointed in housekeeping. On a four night stay, housekeeping never touched our room once. Would at least expect coffee and bottled water to be restocked daily.
