« When we went to the place we had issues finding our way to enter the property the landlord was able to give me some information about how to get in. The she mentioned she forgot to clean the place. We got in and found used towels all around with weird smell. The places wasn’t cleared. And what she offered to solve was to wait like 2 hours for her to arrive that will give us clean bed sheets for us to change. We had driven a lot to find where we stay will be clean at least. « We arrived to have the grass two feet high, hadn’t been mowed in months. Oven did not work. Kitchen had minimal dishes/glasses and accessories. Coffee pot was small. No washcloths in the bathroom. One towel per person, no washer/dryer. One-ply toilet paper. No extra pillows, microfiber sheets. No outdoor space/ furniture to enjoy California weather. Large backyard is wasted with weeds. »

« Great host and beautiful home. This was everything we needed and more ! We had a small issue that was quickly resolved. The space is so well setup and well stocked- we want to come back next year! »
